Actually 4.5! I was very pleased with their service! Customer Service was impressive from the start. I felt that the inspections done were by Paul H. and then later by Chris C. were communicated fairly honestly and explained clearly. The work crew, which I assumed was supervised by Edwin F. was spectacular! They worked from start to finish on a relatively very cool day! Edwin did a great job of keeping me informed of all next steps! I would recommend Olshan to others experiencing issues with their foundation.

The estimated cost doubled in the first day . Only did partial leveling not the entire house and still have uneven floors with a slope. I ask several times questions about the leveling, been told we get to this area from underneath the house . I made the person giving the estimate very aware of the unique construction. Totally feel taking advantage of as a senior. I would not recommend this company . Now I’m stuck with the huge bill and a job unsatisfactorily done . I expected so much more from this company.

Melissa came out and answered our questions quickly, Ours was a weird situation but she got answers to all of our questions. Jamie got us scheduled for the date we needed. Very happy with our experience so far. Will add another review after repair completed.

Having three contracts with different totals. On November 18 Joe Garcia and I agreed on a dollar amount. This was paid when the job was completed.

Your office called me six times from November 24 - December 2. They were seeking a balance.

Les Hayhurst told me that he would have someone do the exterior of the slab that would be part of the foundation. I have spoken to him twice on this issue. And have not heard from him on a repair date.

The concrete repair was done poorly. Polishing was not done correctly.

On picture 3-1 a trench was not covered.

An engineering letter not given.

I live in Celina and had my driveway leveled before it cracked. Olshan guys arrived on time, were very organized and neat. They explained what they were doing and got right to work. They finished ahead of schedule cleaned up. Pedro, Homie and Rogelio were great.

I have been working with Olshan for 3+ years. I’ve been lied to about coming and doing work, over and over about coming out and fixing what they have messed up. I called them because I was having issues with doors sticking. They assured me by putting piers this would stabilize the house and correct the problem They came out and $10,000.later doors doing same thing, foundation crumbing, bottom of siding coming away from house, house has moved at least 3 inches backwards, can hear everyone conversation outside my house, jacked up to too high and pushed my roof loose and gutters dented from being jacked up too high, holes in yard where they dug up 10 year old shrubs that they were supposed to come back and fill in as ground settled, deck has moved since house is continuously moving, quarter round coming away from walls. The owner Aaron has had health issues so I kind of understood because I have been going through health issues as well, but when you got a company you have people under you that handle the business. So there is no excuse. Olshan doesn’t honor their work or warranty. Beware of these folks. If I could they would get no stars. The worst experience in my 60 years on this earth

Very impressed with the workers and service provided from Olshan in Houston, Texas. Many thanks to Gilberto and Abel as well as Jose, Carmelo, Ralphael, Edon, and Luisano. I really appreciated Abel who kept me updated on the progress of the work. All the workers were courteous, and I was impressed with how the work was being done and want to thank Gilberto and Abel who explained the process to me.

Jeff Wolfe came out and inspected my home and was very professional and courteous. He took his time and answered all my questions and explained everything that he found while doing his inspection.

Today, Derek Long of Olshan came to review the condition of our foundation. I was relieved to know that the foundation of our home is in good shape. His knowledge of foundations and the causes of these to fail were explained to me and I am truly grateful to Olshan for sending Derek Long to our home.

I had my driveway polylifted Aug 2023. The crew did a fabulous job, drive way was back where it needed to be like new. a month or so I contacted the salesman that i was starting to see a small amount of settling 1/4'' or so, Robert had the crew back out to fix it. Again crew was on top of it. Fast forward a year later started noticing more settling. I contacted Robert again after watering and some time Robert had the crew back out to fix it. Again crew was on top of it only this time Martin,Carlos,Idaquel and Jorge were having to do it in 20 deg winter weather advisory and snowing, they even had to shovel several inches of snow to get to job done. Dedicated crew!!!
Hopefully after the 3rd time and yet another $500 it will take.

I Had olshan crew members Dominic, carlos,marvin,derreon,Victor and Jesus they did a fantastic job and was very polite I highly recommend this company and this crew.

I’ve been needing crawl space and foundation work done for a while, just needed to budget for it. I liked how Clint Berger took measurements, pictures explained the pier process, and other potential issues; yet not being overbearing on upselling. Gabriel Leonardo, the supervisor of the crew, kept me well informed of their progress and other potential issues. Crew: Gerardo, Leonardo, Trujillo, Odilio, Cordero Raul performed a miracle on one of the crawl space walls. The wall had completely separated from the main foundation wall and the front wall. Clint had already advised that there was no guarantee that they would be able to upright the wall and secure it to the other walls. This crew made it happen. I am more than satisfied with the work they completed. I noticed one small crack they forgot to do, but Gabriel was right on it the next day to correct the issue.

After 25 years my foundation needed some adjustments.
Called Olshan and they sent out Ian, a certified structural technician. He said we needed 10 pilings adjusted and one new piling installed.
They sent out Everardo and his crew to do the work.They arrived right on time and went to work, very hard work because of the hard dry packed clay soil.
After 9 hours in the very hot weather they finished the job, cleaned up to where you hardly could tell they had been there.

For Olshan they honored the warranty after 25 years,so glad I went with Olshan.

I was very happy with olshan when they came out and fixed our foundation issues. The cracks in the walla ended up closing and the doors close without getting stuck.
