Didn’t get an order confirmation email, just a points update email. Parcel arrived a few days later, all good.

Nothing turned up, no reply to emails and doesn’t answer the phone or get back to voicemails. Royal Mail tracking number doesn’t work.

Won’t be ordering again if they don’t contact me to explain what’s going on. Ordered before and never had a problem so don’t know what’s going on with them.

I ordered in the beginning of August, money was drawn from my account, the tracking number never was registered and I have not received my order. Have written several emails to the company and not received a reply. So I guess this 1 star ⭐️ fits pretty well with my experience.

Parcel was 1 and a half weeks late but disposable vapes are lovely. Taste great but I had to nag this company to get my parcel finally delivered. I asked for £8.99 back because it longer than Express delivery (1 to 2 days).

A suggestion for the company = Why don't you go with the app called shop that way its not a hassle for you or for us the the customer. It's just easier all year wrong that way I can track it and that way you guys can know where the parcel you've sent off is. Also the tracking details will most likely be spot on.

I was struggling to place an order due to an issue with my card, and before I even had a chance to email them to try and get help they emailed me to assist me with my purchase! Order arrived quickly and was very well packaged to avoid damage.

Delivery took longer than I paid for, but they are refunding me the extra I paid. I emailed and they replied straight away!! Amazing service. Very nice staff would recommend. Now can enjoy my vapes and relax 😴

Ordered a ryot vape battery and 4 prerolls; the Ryot vape battery is amazing was expecting higher quality but it’s decent plastic. The pre rolls are terrible some kinda bush weed it’s taste and smells like incense do no purchase. The seller was responsive when the first package was lost by Royal Mail and he was very helpful however those prerolls are nasty the first one I took one toke and almost threw up so I ripped it open and saw nothing but bush level substance it’s really bad that’s why I’ve scored it at 2

I already posted a review with 1 star, claiming that only out of the 4 vapes that I ordered was working, and Olivastu were really professional. They were really sorry, and they gifted me 3 other vapes that are perfectly working ! I just received it, they handled the problem really quickly and ask for what I want, I didn’t had to pay the customs again, I’m really grateful to Olivastu. The vapes taste really good by the way.
