Love Olay whip but HATE HATE the new glass pot, why on earth have you changed the pot to glass??
The old pot is much more user friendly to hold and to scoop out the cream, the new pots are not so nice to use as the sides are to straight sided,so instead of cream on the side of the finger it’s up my nails, such a bad shape.
It’s much heavier especially when I’m travelling and if I accidentally drop it on the basin it will do more damage than the plastic pots.
I’m so disappointed as I was so happy with this product but hate the new design now.
Any comments welcome.

I’m writing on behalf of my 80 year old mother who has been using Olay moisturiser cream for 35 years and she hasn’t a solitary line wrinkle or crows feet anywhere. She looks 60!! I’m jealous as I have more lines than a puzzle

I used to use Olay normal day cream spf 15 about 12 /13 years since 2012 was a very good qality but now it's updated Normal day cream glow is so bad when I use it there is little little crumbles comes up on my face it's not smooth like previous product and I have stopped using it . I don't recommend it to my family and friends.

Olay produces a range of wonderful products but they sometimes make it difficult to spot the fake or original.

I use the Olay vitamin C hydrating body wash and just yesterday the 26th of March 2025, I decided to restock cos I have exhausted the initial batch I got but I was met with some great surprise and confusion.

I saw 2 variants of the Olay Vitamin C hydrating body wash. One have the "Vitamin C" written in black with the B3 symbol in gold. At the lower part of the bottle, it was written " hydrating body wash".

While the 2nd bottle which looked bigger had the "Vitamin C" written in gold, the "visibly clearer skin in 14 days", "24hr moisturising body wash" and without the B3 symbol underneath.

I got confused and chose not to buy any instead. Are both products from you? Please share updates whenever you make changes on your packaging. I would love a response on this.

This company used to have a fine, solid reputation. With this in mind, when I saw that their ‘Super Serum’ was half price (£20 instead of £40) I decided to treat myself. I might as well have used the half empty bottle of mustard in my fridge. At least that might have made some difference because this stuff seems to grant an entirely invisible difference. Nothing. Doesn’t feel that great going on, no hint of smoothness, no passing whiff of clarity, no change in tone or skin texture. What exactly is this stuff meant to help with please, Mr. CEO of Olay? I regret the purchase and won’t bother again with this once loved brand.

I purchased Olay ultra firming serum thinking it would help my skin, I’ve always used cheaper products without a problem, but this product has brome out in spots all over my face, I know it’s this product because I took a break from it and my face cleared up then tried it again and one day later I had spots again.
Won’t be using this again.

Having tried most creams over my 61 yrs, I decided to try some olay. Why did I not do this before! The vitamin C cream is glorious. After just one day of use I went to my church on Sunday morning and everyone said how well I was looking. Then the retinol 24 at nite. OMG. My skin was so soft. Positively glowing. Love it.

They have changed the ingredients and labelled it olay complete moisturise and glo. It’s horrid, greasy, cast in eye brows and hair line, stings skin around eyes and pills despite being applied to freshly washed and dried skin and no other products used. Unfortunately now have to find a new face cream :(

Olay SPF 30 with niacinamide sat on surface of my face, then 'pilled'. I hadn't layered any other product on, amy my face was cleansed and rinsed with wayer. It formed small wax like dots.

I visited Superdrug, bought the Oley complete face day cream, l did not know what was making my face red and hot, if anything this cream has damaged my skin, now it is super dry and l have noticeable lines on my face, so when l smile my face shows deep lines. l also not long ago bougt the night regenerist retinol 24. Those business make money using the ignorance of people that trusted their claims.
How could l ask back for the skin l used to have!!?

Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 awful!!

Burnt my eyes so badly, constant feeling unwell with burning hot skin..

Took me weeks to work out it was this. Very sore red eyes, burning hot skin. Taking constant paracetamol and ibuprofen still did stop the burning feeling. Weeks after stopping my eyes are only now just getting back to normal.
Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 is toxic.

Have been using 24max night cream since Xmas (gift). Sorry to say I haven't noticed any difference in my skin at all. I personally won't be buying this when it's gone

Bottle 1" empty. Completed olay website contact us page and the app doest accept pics and the continue button does not send.
Website designed to make contact difficult. Wasted 30 mins of my life on admin but just so disappointed I thought I would share.
Overpriced to reduce 50% and actual size advertising on box is not true.
Don't buy go for true priced items.
Product Full of perfume too!

I had a severe reaction after using this product.My face was very sore,red and burning! I have used Olay Regenerist for many years with no problems and l would certainly not recommend this Retinol product to anyone! My face is still sore and l have not been using anything for now.l hope things will improve!This product should carry a warning which is easy to see.!

I too had a bad reaction to this product.
Having been happy with Olay Total Effects for decades I tried this as it was on special offer. Within two days my cheeks and eyelids were dry, red and sore. One week later it's beginning to get a bit better but I'm still not using any creams of any kind on my face in case it makes it worse again.
Were it just me I would put it down to a one off sensitivity, but I see that others have had a similar reaction and Olay should be made aware of it.

Regenerist sculpting day cream + retinol 24 night cream.
Amazing, I had eyebags UNDER my eyebags on my cheeks and this sorted it in days. I've been using both creams for 2 weeks now and there is a big improvement. I no longer look like I have been punched in the face.

I purchased Olay Eyes Retinol 24 as it
promised ' younger looking ,radiant eyes , works while you sleep. '
After just two days of using the cream the skin around my eyes was red ,itchy, swollen and so dry it started to flake off .
I have used other eye creams and Olay products without any adverse reactions so I know it's not that I have sensitive skin. I have since read several reviews of this product saying they've suffered the same problems.
If you value the skin around your eyes steer clear of this cream .

I purchased the Hyaluronic 24 and vitamin B5 Gel. It makes my skin flake. Over priced and all these chemicals surely are not doing our skin any good? Retinol is dangerous. That's why they put a high SPF in with it, as it makes the skin more sensitive to the sun. Surely that says it all. Research is key with these over priced beauty products. Rip off!

Amelia dimoldenberg selling this face cream makes me want to purge.
She’s the back alley chicken shop t wat who likes to shout at women to “get educated” on the BBC podcast which was widely reported as offensive. We won’t take lessons from her, so no thanks.

I have been very happy using olay products for many years with no issues until I tried retinol 24 night cream. Unfortunately I have had a nasty reaction after using this product such as red, burning itchy rash on my face and neck. The neck area is a lot worse with angry red whelps. This is disappointing as this cream isn’t particularly cheap and after one use I certainly won’t be able to use this again .
