My mother needed a replacement clock gauge for her oil tank. Being recently widowed, everything is quite daunting for her at the moment. She phoned the company and the gentleman and lady (Jenna), that helped her, we’re so helpful and kind to her. We sent a picture of the tank and she arranged for the item be delivered within a couple of days. She took payment over the phone and was so respectful to my Mother. I cannot thank you enough for the kindness and support you gave her. A credit to your company and a great company to use. Highly recommended.

Oil tank at our rented cottage developed a crack. Landlord agreed to reimburse me if I organised replacement. Oil Tanks Plus were the cheapest quote by quite a margin. They were extremely prompt in responding, made arrangements straightaway and prioritised us to get the new tank in before a scheduled delivery date. Great in every way!

He helped me choose the right tank, engaged excellently with photos and emails, and sorted out a instillation date that has now ensured my family will stay warm this winter and in time for Christmas. Fantastic company, professional, helpful and thorough throughout the process. The customer service was the best we’ve ever had. We had our old tank condemned during the cold snap and it was in danger of leaking at any time. Pete in the office organised for Kevan to drive over two hours on a Saturday morning arriving at our house by 8am so he could survey the site. Oil tank plus then allocated Richard and Chris on a Saturday morning in the ice and snow to fit a new specialist fire rated tank . The guys suggested moving the new tank slightly so we could put it in a slightly more convenient spot. They volunteered to get out their power tools to dismantle a work bench and moved tins of paint and other stuff just so it would be possible. Their politeness and professionalism was exemplary. Jenna in the office was so organised and even expedited our Completion Certificate.

Absolutely excellent company. I can see why it gets such good reviews. All very friendly from beginning to end. If only other companies were more like them!

Having requested a quote from Oiltanksplus for a replacement tank on line I was quickly contacted and after giving a few details was given a price for the job which I was happy to accept. We agreed a date within two weeks and I paid a deposit. This morning a very obliging man arrived with the new tank and after I’d turned off the boiler he wasted no time in pumping the oil into a holding tank, changing the old tank for the new one and pumping the oil back in. After restarting the boiler and making sure all was okay he left. Amazingly he managed to do all this in about an hour!!
From start to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with this company and I can’t rate them highly enough.

Tank installing: Communication has been first class throughout and the two installers were polite, tidy and helpful. The old tank has gone, there was little spillage and I have "borrowed" one of their tanks for a few months as my new tank is smaller than the old one, being bonded and so I have "spare oil". Nice people to deal with, recommended.

Absolutely top-notch company and service
Absolutely top notch service, we discussed our requirements over the phone and nothing was too much trouble. Price was a lot cheaper than other suppliers. Fitters turned up with tank as arranged, they were polite and courteous. Took them 3 hours in which they emptied the old tank into a holding tank, removed the old tank, altered base, fitted new tank, refilled, calibrated the sensor, checked the boiler was functioning ok and left with the old tank.

A very nice lady rang me three hours later just to check if I was happy with the work and the workmen, I asked her if she wanted payment and she replied not at this point they would be sending me an invoice, so the call was all about customer service.

I would highly recommend this company if you require an oil tank changed or moved. 50% deposit on booking, which I thought was a bit steep, but this is how they keep their prices down, Invoiced for the balance two days later.

Their tanks also come with a 12 year warranty. Pete was the salesman .... quite a happy Chappy ...

I was impressed with the ease and speed from the initial phone enquiry to the fitting of the tank.
Great friendly service and advice. Reasonably priced. The fitter David was quick ,efficient,clean and tidy very pleased with his work. Can recommend the company.

Excellent job done with the siting of a new tank atop a concrete and slab base and removal of old tank. All in a mornings work. Everything cleared away, nice and tidy. Thank you.

I decided to hire Oil Tank Plus as they are specialists and offered a peace of mind that they would be able to deal with any issues in a professional and efficient manner. Due to a house sale, efficiency and a timely work were key elements that made me choose them for the services.

Installation of the tank took three weeks from the date they took the deposit. However, a week later and the work is still incomplete. As far as I understand I need fire boards, I need someone to the come and inspect that everything is compliant with the regulations and then obtain the correct certification.
Not to mention fixing the natural stone wall was damaged through the process.

I have been trying to get someone to carry on the outstanding work by calling them, sending emails, but all I hear back is that they have an issue with the number of staff and that I am not the only costumer waiting for a resolution and that they don’t want to ask whoever is holding things up in a forceful way to finish the job.

In doing so, here I am, the costumer at the other end, rushing to get this sorted so that I can sell the house, while these people are taking their time to get this freaking job finished.

It is ***appalling*** to say the least!!!!

I am furious and very disappointed. I do not recommend them if you want the job to be finished in a timely manner.

Discovered a leak in my old steel tank, which could not repaired. I dealt with Pete at Oil Tanks Plus, who got me a quote within an hour of me calling.

The installation went very smoothly, and we had a new tank up and running within half a day. The quality of the installation is very good.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them!
