Good product, swift delivery!

I do apologise, it was my fault that I didn't put the district that I live in. Royal mail has emailed me; that the order will arrive tomorrow. At oils and herbs the delivery was prompt , Stuart Murdoch.

This company appears to be dodgy and unreliable.
I've requested information on their products (like the certificates they claim to have from Eurofin and if they're able to provide any more info on what I'm actually about to put in my body....all I got is ...Hello yes. Yet I've never asked a question so disrespec to a customer's question or query is another additional thing to the poor service of this dodgy company.
UPDATE: I'VE RECEIVED the Eurofin review, is dated from March 2025, but there isn't any other quality assurances.Hence I've changed my review from 1 star to 3, I will deduct the 2 stars for the unprofessional way my question was first approached and lack of more clarity and assurance on their products.

Good products and good service.

Been using Shatavari Powder from this company for ages, very good powder and great price. Recommended for sleep and anxiety.

I ordered organic liquorice root sticks 100g. I was expecting the sticks to be of a reasonable length (from other companies they have been 10 or 11 cms long).
The ones I received from Oils and herbs were short stumps about 3 cms long. They looked like the “off cuts”. Very disappointed.

Quick and easy to track

The courier messed up my delivery which wasn't a great start but was not of the company's fault. After chasing up with the courier that I will choose not to name they said they had returned the parcel. After emailing the company they rectified the couriers mistake by sending another parcel with another courier which arrived with no problems. The response to the issue was fast and the quality of the products are also very good. I will continue to use this company.

Not trustful. I ordered 300 grams of liquorice root and received only 200 grams.
