AVOID at all costs..Not to be Trusted.
If I could leave a zero rating I would. I have made previous purchases from this company and have had no problem. However, this time, I wish I had never bothered.. I ordered 7 items at a cost well over £100....the items took a while to be delivered by Yodel....On opening the boxes I found that some items were correct but one item, a double checked fleecy coverless duvet was missing and had been replaced by a single black and stone coloured single coverless duvet. This item did not match the other 6 single items I had ordered....now this is when my troubles started...you can not speak to the company....your only means of contact is by email which they state will be answered within 3 days....3 days later, I got an email and I once again explained what the problem was and again included a photograph of the wrong item...days later I received another email telling me to return the wrong item to them by going to my nearest Yodel Depot...that is 45 miles away in Selby....a 90 mile round trip.. I emailed them and asked them to send me the correct item that I had paid for and offered to pay for and keep the item that they had sent me incorrectly....it would have been cheaper than a 90 mile round trip....I offered to pay by bank transfer or cheque or by PayPal as I had done when ordering the items....they replied some days later stating that was not acceptable because I had not paid for it originally....they wanted all my card details..and once I had returned the unwanted item they would send me what I had originally ordered...I asked for the original item that I had already paid for be posted to me asap...and please could they send a return label allowing me to return the unordered item by Royal Mail or Evri as both companies had depots closer than 45 miles. They refused and insisted I travelled 90 miles round trip to attend at a Yodel depot. They refused to allow me to purchase the mis sent item and would not replace the item until after they had received the mis sent item.. I was obliged to contact PayPal for assistance and the matter was resolved in minutes...I was reimbursed the full cost of the missing item. All in all, a very trying and unwanted experience....Please..Please..
Please....do not deal with this company...they are totally unreliable, not possible to speak with a human being and totally have no customer service whatsoever...I can not comment on other reviews regarding the quality of their items, mine have been ok but I will never deal with them again...why would they want my card details and why would they not rectify their mistakes....I suspect that they are not a company to deal with and never trust them. I will not deal with them again and may I suggest that you avoid them like the plague...

I bought a double duvet set in the sale as a gift,however when opened the duvet was poor quality and the Seams on the pillowcases were coming undone so cant be used.Its put me off buying from this site

Incorrect Item Sent Zero help from OHS
Such a shame have had great shopping experience with OHS and recommended them to friends and family!
Ordered a duvet and four pillows on Thursday 7th May, paid extra for Next day delivery which did arrive in time except OHS sent me a mattress topper instead of a duvet.
Rang their customer service three times, no human response just a recording telling you to send an email.
Sent six emails and no one has got back to me except the again automated email response.
By this point it was Friday, needed the duvet for Saturday had guests staying over and yes you guessed it their customer service is closed on a Saturday!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF AND COMPANY
OHS ive been a loyal customer to this company however a courier left my parcel in an unsafe space which was then stolen ive got 2 big signs on my front door one at eye level height and one at the bottom of the door stating DO NOT LEAVE PARCELS UNATTENDED as I do not have a safe space !! But the courier decided he couldn't be bothered and just dumped it bow ivw contacted OHS and told think they would be understanding and want to help but ohh noooo there anything but helpful emails back amd forth ect getting nowhere with laakidsha or whatever her name is wanting me to print out forms when I dont have a printer fgs
At the end of the day im not in the wrong and havent done anything wrong apart from order from this company .OHS contract os with the couriers !!!
My contract is with OHS and I paid to have my order delivered to me in person not just dumped something and not respect clear signs 🤬so who's at fault here ?? The courier exactly 💯 and do you know the worst of it its a doormat that costs £4 but this is the doormat I didnt receive and all this palava over £4 seriously but its not about the cost its on principle as ive paid for something I havent received "goods not received" I know my statutory rights and thats refund or replace but they are denying this is want me to jump through hoops but its ok ill do a chargeback no problem atall ....the customer service staff are unbelievably BAD AT THERE JOB to be good at the job yiu have to have empathy and understanding especially when its not the customers fault .get a grip laakisha you arnt the CEO of OHS and ill be making a formal complaint too

Fleece bedding - love the fleece bedding from this company, excellent price. Would have given 5 stars but part of my order didn't arrive. Customer service was great, this was soon resolved, thanks to all concerned. Would definitely buy more bedding from this company.

Placed two orders received half of the items . They said I had received them but then had a message from Yodel saying order has gone back to them and now they are ignoring my emails after an initial response . I did like the items I received but won't use them again

Had to give it one star. Couldn’t give it a 0 otherwise I would. DONT order from this company. You’ll not get your order and trying to get through to them is like knocking head against brick wall. Money lost, lesson learnt. PLEASE give them a wide berth.
