Absolutely brilliant cannot fault at all, was abit nervous about buying a second hand pram but the condition of the pram is basically brand new!! Was kept updated about the delivery and was over the moon with the pram when it arrived!

Collected my pram yesterday. Ellie and Josh are really nice people to deal with, the buggy itself is in immaculate condition it’s smells lovely. I most definitely would go back again and would recommend them to everyone, I am over the moon. Thank you ohbabypreloved I couldn’t have found anyone better to go to you go above and beyond for us.

We were undecided between the egg & Icandy Ellie & Josh set both up for us to look at and talked us through the benefits of both. We ended up purchasing our Icandy Peach 7 a few weeks ago, communication was great. We can’t wait for our bundle of joy to love it as much as we do x

I knew I wanted to buy an Egg pram but not with the price tag that comes with them.
I thought it might be a little too good to be true when I came across ohbabypreloved but honestly we couldn’t have chosen a better seller. Customer service was absolutely fantastic, updated on our pram every day, even when she was on holiday.. and when my car broke down on the morning I was due to collect, her partner hand delivered our pram to us!

The pram itself is in such fantastic condition, you wouldn’t even believe it’s 2nd hand. I am obsessed. I will be recommending to everybody. It smells DIVINE!

i bought a pre loved pram, and all i can say is how beautiful it is and saved us lots of £££ it was cleaned to the highest standard and hand delivered to us 3 hours away! nothing is ever too much for them and she kept me updated throughout the cleaning process and told me about all the imperfections which she couldn’t recover, very honest open and lovely to purchase from! thank you x

I saw ohbabypreloved on tik tok, I instantly fell in love with a bag they were advertising. I was sceptical at first, messaged them on Instagram, the Lovley lady (sorry not sure of her name) sent me voicenotes re-assuring me, love videos and gave me regular updates on the product. I was sent a business bank account and she explained the shipping and how it’s protected. Kept in contact with me. The bag arrived and is beyond what I imagined. It’s so great just as advertised. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for some pre loved baby items. Customer service is brilliant and this was whilst she was about to have a baby so that just says all you need to know about how much they care and are willing to help. I will 100% be supporting this business again and can’t recommend it enough !!

Bought an egg pram which was thoroughly cleaned and shipped safely on a great price. Very prompt in communication and ready to help whatever the time is. I wish I found this business a bit earlier as I could have bought the pram before my baby actually arrived!
