Damaged product, not worth the price.
Product arrived at my house in a very poor state. Inner panel of the product wasn’t glued on properly so it fell off, inner casing was also cracked with holes in it, and the product was making a rattling sound. Definitely not worth the price I paid for. The coin that came with it was good quality though.
Edit: Thankfully i got sent a replacement after contacting them. This one came in good condition, but still a bit disappointed that the trophy is mainly plastic for that price.

faulty cup
brought a premiership cup it arrived with a couple of dints in the tin the cup was in . I notified official memorabilia straight away was told it would be replaced and still nothing. I rang just before xmas as it was a present and spoke to petula and she said she needed information from the warehouse. I have sent emails and either the stock was not available and I had to wait not sure but received no answer. The office is closed until 15th january very disappointed

Great communication, however item is poor quality
My item arrived in the time frame expected. Unfortunately both the handles were broken. I sent an email and it was actioined quickly and a replacement was sent. This time one of the handles were broken. I did not re-email as I have decided after discussion with others who had the same issue, that the quality was poor and I will just glue the handle. So whilst communication and postage was excellent, quality was not, hence my rating

Came through under time pressure

I ordered 4 different things through them, and all bar the first parcel, they were good and i got it when they said i would. First parcel was going to be Delivered for a week, then nobody knew where it was, and i ended up going to Toll in Tullamarine to get it myself. All good though. I have everything
