I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in the sale at the beginning of December , no confirmation email received money was payment was taken the day after, The shoes arrived new Years eve and was the wrong size plus they where the wrong design. I have sent 6 emails so far and had no response I do not recommend this company
Avoid at all costs
Ordered 2x bras
No confirmation email, I was concerned as money has been debited from my account.
Items arrived after a few weeks, both items are the wrong size.
I emailed the company who said I could keep the items and they would refund me 10%
I said I didn't want to keep them i either wanted the correct size or a refund.
They refused either unless I returned the item to china at my own cost, as it was their mistake I refused and stated I should not incurr further costs due to their mistake. My emails have since been ignored. I know have items costing over £22 that don't fit that i can't even get on. Terrible customer service. AVOID.
Fair comment
While I feel for the people who have been affected,i have to be honest I ordered a pair of shoes on the19th December 2024.I have to admit that I was quite bothered all the time,but too cut short they”to my amazement” arrived today the 30th December,so I have to give then 5 stars to my amazement again.

What a debacle. Ordered a pair of boots and went to make payment from the options on offer. I chose Amex and filled in my card details accordingly.
What happened next was bizarre. I was told that my ‘PayPal’ payment was accepted. No, that is not a typo. How did my Amex payment turn into PayPal payment?
That raised a Red Flag so I checked this company out on Trustpilot, only to find that this company is a total waste of time and space - offering little hope of my goods ever reaching me.
Long story short, I had to launch disputes with PayPal (who were useless) and Amex. PayPal rejected my dispute and couldn’t even find any record of the transaction on my account - even though they wrote to me quoting all the details, chapter and verse, telling me that they had received evidence of my (phantom) delivery. Evidence they could not find to share with me.
Anyway I have now eventually received a refund, after jumping through all sorts of hoops etc and just want to warn you off about trading with this retailer.
P.S. No dispatch or delivery notification was ever received from them to date.
Another one bites the dust
The boots I received are not the ones that was advertised totally discussed with the product. Yes I've been scanned!!! I would like a full refund.

Only got 2 emails, one confirming the order and the other confirming despatch. They took a while to arrive but they did via the post so all in all not a bad experience.

Sent me an order confirmation, then a shipping notice, then nothing! Zero, zilch, nada!
I sent them a message to ask what was going on, they responded by intimating that there must've been "something wrong" at my end with the carrier company! They "offered" (huh! 🙄) to reship or give me only 50% of my money back! I have pointed out, on more than one occasion, that it is THEIR ultimate responsibility to ensure delivery of goods or refund the full cost! They have since (predictably!?) gone very silent!
Obviously another scam so I have passed their details & my issue onto UK Trading Standards and the Metropolitan Police Fraud Squad! But nothing will get sorted I reckon!
My advice to any potential buyers from these sheisters, is DON'T...!!!"
