use this for office phone its great, screen lights up so you can clearly see number thats calling the sound booster great idea and the message when you turn answer service off ideal, good phone, service and price is great too.

Brillant customer service quick and cheapest around. With my own stupidity i set up my account with the wrong e-mail but whilst i was sorting that out a memeber of their team, Craig i think, sent me all the tracking details within minutes. Highly recomend these guys.

I ordered a new Samsung TV. It was delayed because the Courier damaged it the first time. I got a phone call back from office Nerd with an apology and a promise to get another one out ASAP. They gave me the tracking information and it arrived as promised.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. Not only that, I saved a lot of money by buying it through office Nerd.

Overall a very good experience.

Ordered a laptop priced £198.19, money taken from bank with no trace of my order. Enquiries resulted in a claim from rude and arrogant customer service agent that I had not 'completed' my order. Processed the order for a second time (screenshot captured for proof) bank now has been debited £396.38 to find my second order has been cancelled with no acknowledgemnt to myself. The laptop in question has been removed from the website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Now I'll be calling trading standards I think.


Update: Just had a call back after hours of waiting... customer service agent just told me to go f**k myself. Still no acknowledgement of my order being cancelled! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Update after office nerd replied: Money has not cleared... I was notified yesterday that money is taken from your accopunt before you 'confirm' your order. I did not try to process payment 4 times, I wanted 1 item but office nerd cancelled due to pricing error AND out of stock according to the email yesterday. The fact that they take money from your account before you commit to buy is very worrying and I shall be asking trading standards about this practice. LIARS AND VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY

Ordered TV around 10-15 on Monday morning, arrived 9-30am on Tuesday. Next day delivery as promised.

Fantastic service and tv Absolute bargain

Great price and perfect item however zero communication from supplier and very confusing text messages from the delivery company; was first told it would arrive on the friday then was told it would arrive the following Monday then received a text to say it was waiting at the collection point on the friday????

Found them to be the best internet price. Ordered a Samsung Smart TV at lunchtime. It was delivered free at 9.30am the following day.

Our cases arrived free the next day and were of very good quality. Product price much lower than elsewhere.

Ordered a computer monitor for about £340 and they came back to say it was out of stock and the order was cancelled. Checked their website to find that they had increased the monitor by £100 and that they were indeed IN stock. Wouldn't answer an emaiI sent outlining this. Rubbish experience that p****d me right off. Don't deal with them.

New tv ordered at 10.30pm on Wednesday - delivered free at 8.30 that Friday.

Quick delivery and great product so I will use this excellent service again. I compared many companies and offers but overall Office Nerd was my preferred choice and when my new Samsung TV arrived within 48 hrs I new my choice was the correct one.

No answer when you call the customer support number, or even a call back when details left. Can't add up I have received 2 incorrect invoice's so far. let see how many before they actually get it right.

After making the purchase online and my emails of acceptance coming through i awaited the shipping in transit details only to find order cancelled (Due to a malfunction with our automated pricing mechanism.)

I found Officenerd to be speedy and efficient and they were the cheapest in the UK for my chosen printer. I ordered it on Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday. Brilliant. 5 stars service. One happy customer.
