Fabuous experience from beginning to end.
Fabuous experience from beginning to end. Good range of products and prices. I purchased a filing cabinet from the less espensive range and the quality is excellent. Easy to order, communication throughout was excellent. Laura was really helpful, responding promptly to any queries. Delivery was as scheduled and the boys were courteous and helpful, making sure that the customer was happy, despite this being the last delivery of what appeared to be a very long day.
This company clearly puts the customer as the main focus of their business. I will definetly be ordering from them again and will recommend to all.

Great service
I only use the company once a year for a desk calendar refill I can't buy in local shops. It is competitively priced but I feel that postage is too much when it could easily fit in a DL envelope for normal 2nd class postage. However, that said, my order is dealt with promptly and I receive it within 3 days, so no complaint there! Great service thanks.

When the original date was changed I wasn't best pleased. I understand it wasn't done deliberately so for the saje of a couple of weeks my units duly arrived and I am very pleased with them overall. All matching furniture now in my home office.

Excellent service
We have used Office monster on two separate occasions and both time we received the furniture quickly. The installation team were polite and built the furniture quickly and removed all the cardboard boxes on the way out.

Extremely quick, easy and efficient service
I recently ordered an office chair for home which was required urgently because of a medical problem and to arrive assembled. The designated delivery date was at an inconvenient time due to a hospital appointment and the amazingly-efficient customer support person, Laura Boydon, ensured that the chair was delivered extremely quickly, with minimum of fuss and with constant updates to me. Laura was really helpful and clear. Laura took my query and made sure it was sorted, all to my preferences!
