I've bought several refurbished laptops from OCM over a number of years and all have been great. They have been accurately described and lasted many years. It is great that these laptops can be given a 2nd life.
OCM were my 1st choice when I needed another laptop recently and Jack was very helpful in narrowing down their wide selection of laptops. Once selected, our laptop was ready to collect the next day. The customer service is excellent and I'm very pleased with my latest purchase.

Laptop grading is very generous, worth spending a bit extra on your refurbed laptop (very few signs of use). Well packed and shipped quick.
