I bought a suit for my son, when it arrived the jacket was way to big and the trousers where skin tight, so I returned it, they emailed me saying they had received it and would process my refund. It’s been 4 weeks and no sign of my refund, customer service said it’s been made and the check with my card provider, and my card provider says no such refund was ever made. I feel I have been scammed, I wouldn’t advise anyone to waste any money with this business. £46 out of pocket

I ordered pant suits for both of my children and I’m absolutely delighted with them! The quality is excellent, and they fit perfectly. The colours are exactly what I was hoping for and look even better in person. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Occasion wear to others. I ordered 2 boys 5 piece suits for my grandsons to attend a family wedding. Ages 5 and 10....I was beyond delighted when they arrived...everything they needed including the shirt and tie.
The Boys looked and felt amazing, it was a delight to see them strutting around looking so proud and pretty cool.
The delivery was fast, the quality and fit was perfect ( definitely true to size) and the value for money was amazing.

Great fast service! The outfit I got was great quality and competitively priced. Unfortunately had to return as didn’t fit as my grandson is inbetween sizes. Return process is so easy as it’s picked up by Royal Mail! Would definitely order from them again

First of all, what an amazing choice of occasion wear for kids! The range of materials, colours and styles is fantastic. I was genuinely impressed, especially as we’d already looked in so many high-street shops and just couldn’t find what we wanted.

Secondly, the price is absolutely amazing — £60 for a five-piece suit! The quality far exceeded my expectations; it looks and feels like a much more expensive suit and is really well made.

We ordered two sizes as I wasn’t sure which would fit best. My son is five, tall but slim, and the 5–6 fits him perfectly apart from being a little big around the waist, which isn’t unusual for us.

The service was brilliant too. I ordered on Sunday afternoon and the suits arrived on Tuesday morning. I returned the smaller size, and the returns process was super easy and convenient.

I honestly can’t recommend these guys highly enough. I’ll definitely be coming straight back here for my son’s next suit — and I’ll be looking for one for my partner too!

Really disappointed with service. Ordered 2 x 5 piece for kids. Showed on website as available. Turned out a blazer was not available for the youngest child. Decided to order without the blazer. They ended up sending the wrong size for the younger child. This meant that we had to end up purchasing a different suit which didn't match the elder child. Considering they sent a tracking confirmation stating items would arrive on time. Only to be someone else's tracking number. You can never get through to them on the phone. All communication is via email. Only just today I have had confirmation that they will refund me for the blazers that they charged for. So I'm out of pocket for a suit that didn't fit. Couldn't be bothered to send it back as too much effort already. Lesson learnt, that you get for what you pay. Spend a little extra for that piece of mind in stores.
