Really good experience all around. Dropped my USPS package off in the mailbox, delivered to OCBuyBack in 2-3 days (much faster than expected), got notification of approved payout about 24 hours later. Couldn't ask for more!

Sent in a perfectly like new iphone
Sent in a perfectly like new iphone . They than indicated it had a scratch on the back glass and sent a picture. They wanted to reduce the quoted price. I had taken pictures before I sent it in to avoid this kind of dishonesty. After presenting my picture they agreed to paid full quoted price.
I would not trust this company.
In response I did send in a scratch free phone and presented a picture taken the day I mailed out the device. If it had a scratch it happened while in OC's hands. After presenting the photo they paid the full amount.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry your experience was not great. After looking over your order details it looks like a requote was sent out due to scratches on the rear glass. For orders submitted as being in "Like New" condition, the device must be free of any scratches to qualify for the condition. Devices with minor signs of wear such as minor scratches would fall under our "Good Condition" category.
We see that the payment has been successfully sent to your PayPal account.

A VERY SMOOTH PROCESS
A very simple process, just input your phone information, they give you a quote if it meets your price, then agree, give them your Paypal email and they give you a USPS Priority Mail label. You package your phones and mail them out, definitely track your package and when they receive it and in a day you have your money in your Paypal account. BEST THING they sent me more money because of the condition of our iPhones. Will definitely work with OCBuyBack again!
