I contacted Abbie when somebody else recommended her to me.

I booked my Irish setter in for a 2 week residential stay and I can’t even begin to tell you the difference with our dog.

Abbie has worked absolute wonders, from chats everyday and evening videos so we know what our dog has been doing throughout her stay and the changes moving forward. Even to the “aftercare” where Abbie has been a massive help when she didn’t need to be, she’s always on the other end of the phone and we can’t be more grateful.

I hope to keep in touch with Abbie and in the future elevate ruby’s training with some more time with Abbie!

I met with Abby around about 3 months ago because I was having a few problems with my dog we have been having 1-2-1 sessions weekly or fortnightly with my dog and he is now a completely changed dog every single problem I had has now been dealt with and Abby gave me all the support I needed and i could contact abby when ever I was struggling and needed support Abby has 100% turned my dog around I couldn't recommend her enough absoutly fantastic. Highly Recommened

We meet Abbie for the first time today with our 19 week old rottweiler she was absolutely amazing with him and has definitely pointed us in the right direction to make him the perfect dog looking forward to our next session

I had a mixed experience with My Pawfect Dog Trainer. Abbie clearly has a passion for dogs and provides regular updates with videos, which is reassuring. Our dog did seem to improve in certain areas like recall and confidence around loud noises. However, the overall training progress didn’t quite meet my expectations given the cost of the service, and I felt some areas could have been more thorough. It’s an okay option, but I’m not sure I’d use it again.

In just 3 short weeks the progress my 2yo spaniel Frank has come on with Abbie is amazing. He really enjoys his day care and training sessions and each week we're noticing a difference in his behaviour and happiness in general.
Abbie is patient, knowledgable, trustworthy and has a great way with all dogs. Thankyou Abbie we look forward to seeing how much Frank comes on with you!

‘Bella’ our 7month old GSD has had the best care and time boarding and training with ‘Abbie’
We had regular daily updates, texts/photo’s & video’s, which really put our mind at rest, knowing she was being well looked after given plenty of exercise, training and care. We couldn’t wait to see her having the best time socialising and playing with the other doggie friends and seeing how she was improving in her recalling and training.

Abbie is amazing! If there were more than 5 stars then we would rate higher!.
Our boy is transformed and now we can walk him without worrying about him reacting.
He was very difficult to walk before as he used to pull and not listen to commands and being an XL bully, he is a very big strong boy!
He has now been transformed into an obedient, fantastically behaved dog.

Just had the most amazing ,Abigail, here to sort out an excitable and traffic reactive Cockerpoo!! Not only did she sort out the dog but the owner too!!! Would recommend her without any hesitation!! Actually ended up walking a fairly well behaved pooch. Thank you.

Abi has been amazing. We have a 2yr old staffy who is reactive to other dogs. We were looking into the 10 day intensive to give him the training and help. We our initial assessment and the knowledge and advice she gave us in just 1hr was invaluable. We loved how all the training was through play and reward and all our questions were answered without hesitation and tailored to our situation. After asking what she would recommend going forward, you know you've met a good, trustworthy person when they don't recommend an intensive stay even though it's more money because you can tell her passion and priority is with the dogs and not making money where it's not needed.

We very much look forward to working closely with Abi in the future and would 1000% recommend her.

Had my first training session with Abbie today, she was very knowledgeable and able to help advise on not only training but what I should be feeding my dog. Abbie is straight to the point and gets on with the job providing so much guidance along the way. Abbie has given me so much confidence today in knowing I will get my boy on track - setting me up with a WhatsApp chat so we can work together with his progress. Our dog Morgan stayed with Abbie for a week when we went away. He is a very reactive dog and has never been around other dogs for a long period of time. Whilst staying with Abbie she trained him every day to help to get over his fear of loud car noises and he enjoyed lovely walks with her dogs. We were sent regular videos which was lovely to watch when we were away. Since, being back home he has started to feel more confident about walking in new areas and not as scared if he hears a loud noise. Thank you, Abbie.

Had a 1-2-1session with Abbie today. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do with my 2 rottweilers. I am more confident going forward with the training now i have the right tools for the job. would highly recommend Abbie.

We are extremely happy with our experience with my pawfect dog trainer! We boarded our Great Dane with Abbie for 10 days, he was unpleasant to walk, had no recall and walked us rather us walk him. Abbie was so helpful from the beginning explaining what she can do and giving so much advice. While Neville our dog was in her care Abbie sent us plenty of updates on evenings including photos and videos, explained what she had done with him each day and took such good care of him. When we picked Neville up Abbie did a one to one session with us, made sure we understood and was confident with everything she taught him. The aftercare has been amazing we have spoke to Abbie plenty of times with things we have been unsure about or needed a bit of advice with.
Would highly recommend!!

We booked our cocker x cavalier spaniel in for a 10 day training stay with Abbie because we were struggling with recall, jumping at cars and reactivity to strangers and other dogs. To say that the stay has surpassed our expectations would be an understatement. We could not be happier with the progress that our dog has made in such a short space of time. We received multiple videos each day which showed us how he was getting on and taught us how to continue the training when we got home. Seeing these videos became the highlight of our day: not only was the progress amazing to see but our dog looked so happy in every video. The 1:1 training session at the end was also incredibly useful as it meant that we could continue the hard work at home. Thank you, Abbie - you were exactly what we all needed!

We had lost all confidence with allowing our 7 year old Sprocker Spaniel, Bruce, to be off-lead as his prey drive is so high and therefore his recall is zero once he picks up a scent.
After recounting a traumatic experience on a Cornwall beach to my sister, she suggested we contact Abbie and ask her advice. Liz has engaged Abbie to help with their collie and after a few sessions with Abbie, Nellie was like a different dog.
We took Liz’s advice and spoke to Abbie who suggested we meet up so she could assess Bruce and work out a strategy for him. Abbie suggested an e-collar as dogs with such a high prey drive will rarely react to any other type of positive reinforcement. We were a little worried at first, but Abbie demonstrated how the device works and after doing some research into the company who designed the collar, we decided to give it a go.
The perfect opportunity presented itself last week as we were going to be away on holiday, so Abbie took Bruce for 10 day’s residential and commenced his training.
Abbie sent progress videos (lots and lots of them) each evening and we were amazed at how quickly Bruce picked up Abbie’s training. Bruce remained his normal happy, bouncy self throughout the sessions and it was wonderful to see him be able to exercise safely off-lead again. The e-collar did exactly what it was designed to do and while it attracted his attention when required, he also began to respond to recall commands from Abbie without the prompt from the device. At no point was he distressed or in any discomfort, just as Abbie had promised.
We collected Bruce this morning and spent some time with Abbie 1 to 1 while she trained us on how to continue Bruce’s training, both with respect to the e-collar while he is running free and the heel walking she had also begun training him in.
Since getting home, we’ve actually had our first relaxing walk with Bruce off-lead since he was a puppy! To say that we’re impressed and very grateful is an understatement.
Abbie is a fantastic trainer. She is supremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and it’s obvious that she loves what she does. Bruce was returned to us slimmer, fitter and more obedient than we could have hoped. We know that if we need any support, Abbie will be there to advise and provide refresher training if necessary.
It’s early days, but, as my sister found with Nellie, Bruce is indeed an old(ish) dog, whom Abbie has taught new tricks.
Thank you Abbie for giving both ourselves and Bruce once more the experience of enjoying every aspect of being dog owners and four legged friends.

I booked a residential stay with Abbie for my 4 year old Shar pei cross and I'm over the moon with the services I received. Originally I was apprehensive about booking a residential stay as it's a lot of money and leaving your dog with a stranger made me apprehensive but it was worth every penny and Abbie was more than happy to make me feel comfortable, sending lots of updates of Yokos stay. The help with training has just made so much of a difference to my life already 😊
Would highly recommend Abbie! You can tell she has a true love and passion for dogs.

I had a 1-2-1 home visit with Abbie, she gave me advice on the problem area's with Blue, and they are working. Abbie is very knowledgeable on the behaviours of dogs. She has messaged me since the visit to see how I'm doing and I can get in touch anytime for advice.

I worked with abbie today for my very OTT hyper staffy. She was lovely from the get go! Immediately she helped to enlighten me on how to help my dog have some self control and to teach her the calmness. I didnt just get abbie to train my dog but to train me too! Shes wonderful and im excited to see her again :) x

I am so happy to have found Abbie for our 4 year old rescue labrador that we've had for almost a year. You can tell she loves dogs...and the dogs love her! Our 50kg Barron was like an oversized excited puppy after spending his first 3 years isolated in the country as a breeding dog. Also, frightened of everything. We had previously taken him to group training classes for 8 weeks, which helped with basics but nothing else. I have been unable to go on walks with him because of his strength pulling on the lead (and twice excitedly knocking me over) and even my husband had difficulty controlling him. He reacted to other dogs, people on bikes, loud cars, etc. by lunging and barking. He's so big it was intimidating to us and others.
I researched online for the best solution and found MyPawfectDogTrainer. Abbie has an exceptional rapport with dogs and truly bonds with them. We left Barron with her for training while on holiday, knowing he was in good hands. Every day she sent voice messages and videos of the training, and always available for any questions at all. We came back to a changed dog! Abbie gave us the training tools so we could continue his training and I can now walk him for the first time without worrying I will get hurt.
There aren't enough words to tell how amazing she is..her expertise, support and patience has been crucial to a good relationship with our dog...he is much less stressed now, and so are we! I wholeheartedly recommend her if you have any training needs at all...you won't be sorry!

We took our German Shepard to Abbie for a 10 day intensive course as he was aggressive, and very reactive. Abbie has been absolutely B R I L L I A N T with him! She has exposed him to all types of areas, busy and not busy, different dogs, people etc and he has come back a completely different dog! He’s so much calmer now and he is so excited to get his lead on to go out; and she’s helped with the travel sickness as well which is a huge bonus!

We received videos daily, why and where she has corrected his behaviour and even recommended things for us to try, like collars, leads etc.

I cannot recommend Abbie enough, she’s bloody lovely and she has been a massive help with our pup!
