I have had nothing but positive experience with Oanda. I don't know about you, but they really impressed me. I only pray and hope that they don't change because I have had terrible experience with other brokers. The speed with which they process Withdrawal and Deposit has been very encouraging. I will keep my fingers crossed

Best tech in the business by a mile. TradingView integration is great, API is great, customer support is stellar. Oanda is checking all the boxes that matter most.

A nightmare, withdrawal of funds are delayed.
They needed three business days doing nothing and than sending an e-mail, which i received at the fourth day, saying that they need an bank statement. After chating with an agent, they decide to handle it as complaint and there after they will communicate with email. At the same day, they did nothing again.

A bank-statement could not be necessary to send me my own money. In SEPA we all need an account number an nothing more to make a bank transfer. All the information they already have and they have verified already it at the first time when they have received my funds.

I am not the only one which have the same problems.
It is fully intentionally to delay the withdrawal of my own money.

I would never do business with Oanda again. They were great in account setup and accepting my funds but when it came time to withdraw funds the customer service became a nightmare. I've been trying to get my funds out of Oanda for over 2 months. Customer service is difficult to understand (not US based) and they continually give me the wrong information. Wrong fax numbers and wrong email address to have to formally request my funds. it's a joke.

Oanda created their support organization and created the processes and procedures to handle requests from their customers. I can only assume at this point that the process was set up for their benefit and to defraud there customers.

DO NOT TRADE WITH OANDA!!

I have been using Oanda for my Forex trades and not only has the service been reliable and fast, but when I run into issues, customer service quickly responds and finds a resolution. At least quickly via Chat. I have not needed to call in.

Overall, Oanda does a good job, especially when it comes to cash withdrawals. If there are any deficiencies, it's the forex spreads which are wider than other forex brokers. For example, the EURUSD spread averages 1.4 which is much higher than other forex brokers. But, overall, the service is good.

Oanda makes trading a learning and great opportunity to work with trading. You can have multiple accounts working with different strategies in any amounts or direction. Hedging is possible using different methods and sub accounts.

I emailed the general email box after trading hours, expecting a few days for response.
Relationship Manager was right there within hours to handle technical issues with account setup. Funds transfer options are great. I had some questions regarding trading platforms, RM was patient and helpful. The risk and reward in trading is on you, but OANDA Relationship Managers have got your back.

What is it with the over night fees bro? This is completely hilarious, almost half of yout profits 👎👎

No problem trading, have yet to have a I'm leaving issue with Oanda have been using them since 2015. Every support and trading request has been handled professionally and in a timely manor.

The Chat Agent resolved a very difficult problem patiently, courteously, and with real professionalism. I did not have to wait, either. When I clicked on the Chat, the Agent was there instantly.

I give them 5 stars for one reason: I can trust them with my stoplosses.

I can't count the times prices came to within less than a point of my stop losses and they didn't sus me out algorithmically. (Well, there was this one time, but let me not digress.)

Withdrawals are quick and timely and there's never any spooky price action that can't be verified with another price feed. Never any mysterious highs and lows.

I've been an active Forex Trader since 2006. I've been around the block. I 100% recommend Oanda as a Forex Broker over FXCM, TD Ameritrade, Scwab, and IB.

I'm not even sure I'm talking with a human being. No help at all I just get the same answer to wait 24-48H but its been a full week.

Please avoid this broker. I personally won't invest here or recommend their services. I consider their action toward me unethical and the explanations they gave made no sense whatsoever.

I traded using MT4 provided by Oanda. I was in a winning trade, far past my take profit line, but my profit was in negative and the trade won't close out.

The chart at this time was frozen and only responded to clicks after a complete reversal of the gain. Incidentally I obtained a screenshot, shared with them and they told me some cock and bull stories that made no sense whatsoever.

My main issue with other brokers was customer assistance. With Oanda Customer support is excellent
any issues i had got resolved. I'm talking about some basic technical stuff , because i never had any major issues.

Oanda platform has crashed 3 times in the past 2 months during US trading hours. Mobile app never works. Im a premium member trading high volumes since 2011. Around 5pm eastern time daily, trades are halted for 5 minutes. No explanation, no hands up. On Sundays (NY ET) the platform is available at 5:04pm ET (Not 5:00pm). This isn't the same platform that I started trading with. There is no North American customer service anymore, all lines are answered in Philippines. Exorbitant spreads and fees. Don't even bother to trade the news as they follow social media announcements than actual news. Sorting out other trading platforms to continue trading.

Talk to a guy named Daniel there at Orlando very very helpful great guy I was very upset and angry he handled things and calmed me down and handled everything very good
