I was very happy with services provided by NY City Limo for my wedding on October 17th. The driver was very personable, professional and very accommodating. The limo was very clean and spacious. I would recommend this company for affordable pricing and great service.

Contacted the compaany for my wife and kids from Afghanistan. Was promised the driver would 1) be there on time, 2) identify himself at the gate, 3) and deliver flowers seperately (which i paid for) to my daughter and wife. NONE of that occurred. The driver was also late picking them up from the hotel the morning of departure. I will NEVER use this company again and communicate this to all I know traveling to NY and considering limo service.

Our first time as a family using a Limo service. Customer Service was by far most responsive of the many companies we looked at. That was the main reason for selecting them. Pickup driver was a little frustrated with my slow moving family (three young kids) but also amicable enough to help with taking photos. I was a little disappointed with the "fully stocked wet bar" which amounted to bottled water, some various cans of soda and an anonymous liquor in a bottle. No wine, beer or way of knowing what the liquor even was (the wetbar was included in the package price). Definitely was on time, no problem there. If I do it again I will probably try someone else, not because it was a bad experience, but also was not the WOW experience I was looking for taking my family to NYC and taking a Limo all for the very first time.

Thought this was the tour Boat company, NY Limo is fantastic, used them on my last trip, on time, fair rates, will use them again

I booked the limo for my 21st birthday and was disappointed with my driver. He was impatient and seemed to be annoyed with us. We were told we would have champagne in the car but that was not true and the "top shelf" vodka was anything but top shelf. Very disappointing.

We had an emergency airport change from JFK to LaGuardia with an hour's notice...I just called and they jumped in and changed, no problem. The billing and receipting was there via email. Will always use them in NYC. Wish they were in Los Angeles! :)

We would definitely recommend NY City Limo to anyone that is going to New York. Friendly drivers, comfortable cars. It was definitely much better than getting a taxi. We will definitely use this service next time we go back to New York

Used new York city limo for pick up at airport it was fantastic, my first ever limo ride. To come into New York City like that. WOW!!! Best service ever. Driver on time and very polite. Would recommend.

It's really hard to find a limo company like this or even close to this company owner Archi is a great person that worked with me and made me very happy on my birthday upgrading me to a stretch limo for free from an SUV,

The driver was on time, easily recognizable, polite and took me direct to my destination. The ride was smooth and relaxing after a 7 hour flight. I would have had him driven me all the way to Boston but for the expense.
