Unbelievable. First, I blame my dermatologist and Nutrafol. The dermatologist should take the patient’s full health profile into consideration, which in my case, she did not. She just pushed the first pricey “solution” and said I had age-related alopecia. Turns out I have TE, which isn’t fixed by Nutrafol. In fact, if you are on Nutrafol and are in perimenopause, their cheap ingredients are probably making it worse. Let me explain why, Nutrafol uses Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol only) —
• isolated alpha-tocopherol
• NOT mixed tocopherols
• not the anti-inflammatory gamma form
• can actually REDUCE gamma tocopherol in the body
• can increase oxidative stress when taken alone
• not hair-friendly
• not heart-friendly
Then, their proprietary blend is a complete mess! Methionine + Cysteine together can raise homocysteine (bad for MTHFR deficiency)
• Piperine boosts absorption of EVERYTHING, including things you don’t want boosted.
• Cayenne increases metabolic and circulatory pressure which can worsen shedding.

Basically you pay over $279 for a 3 month supply to make your hair worse and keep you in a cycle of visiting your dermatologist.

I thought I’d give this product a try for 3 months. Im a woman over 55 with thin hair and the shedding is about the same as before but I do have some newer baby hair growth but unfortunately the cost of this supplement is too expensive, along with most other things today.

I've taken Nutrafol for over a year now. My hair keeps coming out and I'm nearly bald on the sides of my head. My doctor is now using injections on my scalp. I am frustrated that I've spent that 'kind of money' and NOW SEE THAT YOU ONLY HAVE A 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! Nobody can tell that your product is not going to work in only 30 days. I want my money back! Please reply!

Did not work even though I was consistent for 2 years & tried two different products each year. Other issue is it’s RIDICULOUS that they can’t make the dosage amt consisting on 2 capsules instead of 4. It’s very difficult to want to keep up with HAVING to take 4 capsules instead conjugation with all the other supplements one has to take for health - just makes it too much to much to keep up with ‘ why can’t they put all that into 2 supplement dosage instead of 4 - do they think the consumer will think it will work beer bcuz of the amt one has to take? Not me- it tells me it may not work as well since I have that are 4 - prolly would have ginger it even another year if could take less.

I recently ordered these vitamins for my daughter. Yesterday I had to cancel my subscription and this company is amazing! I am giving them five stars because their customer service is absolutely wonderful!

My experience with Nutrafol was one of the very best I have ever had with a business. First, your product does EXACTLY what you advertise it will do. I was going through chemo therapy for lung cancer and was experiencing every symptom under the sun, including the dreaded hair loss. I was awful. After using your product, my hair grew back thick and beautiful. Second, when it came time for me to cancel my subscription with you, your agent treated me with such compassion and grace, gifting me my last order as well as refunding my most recent payment. Finally, the agent I dealt with during my cancelation sent me the most glorious, beautifully packaged gift box with gratitude for my business. The journal she enclosed has become my new Gratitude Journal. I am reminded of my gratitude for your company every time I pick it up.

Nutrafol is a wonderful company with great customer service. They are responsive and helpful.

Do not absolutely please please do not purchase this product!!! It does not work I went from a head full of hair to now I have to see a dermatologist for injections for my hair to grow back hopefully. I am almost completely bald. I went bald literally and 3 to 4 months of taking this product. I’m just trying to help each and everyone of you that would think twice about buying this product. The reviews have to all be fake. All I ask is please don’t buy this product.

I enjoyed speaking to a doctor about my recommendations. And the person I spoke to about my hair analysis. I find that the product is quite expensive. I have been using it for about 10 months and I just don’t see a lot of improvement with my hair growth.

Nutrafol gave me my hair back. Every experience with anyone in the company has been positive, generous, & very helpful. Customer Service is easy to get to and always, as I said, helpful. I have been a customer for a little over 3 years & I will continue to be a customer; there is a whole range of products & resources that I have yet to discover.

I’m not seeing much progress after several months using the product which is disappointing. However. I do appreciate the dr who checked in on me.

I called to pause my membership due to the government shutdown. I’m a federal employee who is furloughed. I noticed the charge go through the first morning of the shutdown which felt like bad timing since I didn’t know when I’d be getting paid again.

Although I doubted my payment would be reversed I figured I’d give it a shot. When I called and was connected with Courtney from customer service. Courtney was extremely kind, empathetic and professional. She told me she was in fact able to void or reverse the charge and also offered to pause/cancel my membership for the time being. I was blown away by Courtney and Nutrafol’s willingness to cancel the charge. A lot of subscription services are not as accommodating once the payment is processed.

I was so impressed and told a few of my friends about what a great company Nutrafol is and how the companies courtesy helped ease some of the stress and pressure I was feeling. Courtney also sent me a lovely gift box of goodies, which was a complete surprise and really boosted my mood during an otherwise tumultuous time :)

I am so impressed with Nutrafol’s customer service and grateful for the grace I was afforded. I’ll definitely continue to tell anyone who will listen about what a great company Nutrafol is to work with.

I took Nutrafol for over a year and my eyebrows and eyelashes fell out. My hair grew very little. The company would not reimburse me for this. This is not a good product stay away!

I ordered on September 28, received tracking information the next day. They use some delivery company called ACI-Logistics, clearly a low bid contractor. Tracking shows no movement since it was received at their facility two days after the order was placed. Nutrafol apparently only reviews claims 7 days after the last tracking update. Got two copies of the same email from someone else in the company saying something different. Customer Service is horrible. Most places would have sent out a new order, but I guess they're not interested in retaining business.

thinking, there is a suckered born every 8 seconds. this hair garbage is a joke and the jokes on you. Nothing my friends nothing can grow hair back. Your wasting your money on on dream that will never ever come true.

I wouldn’t recommend this product. I used it for 8 months and saw no results. The company has no satisfaction guarantee which really shows how much they stand behind their product.

Yet another product that only caters to and cares about men and THEIR hormone distress. OVERPRICED AND INEFFECTIVE FOR WOMEN. Tried it for 7 months with ZERO Effect.

Have no clue if it's working but hair seems to be doing better!
