Nursery Store 

Purchased an icandy buggy via this company and after 6/7months use it has broken. Trying to arrange for the nursery store to get it fixed under warranty has been impossible and after 3 weeks of backwards and forwards still no further to getting it repaired and without a safe buggy to use for my child. even tho icandy have said they will repair it just need to nursery store to arrange for this to happen?? Absolutly useless.

We ordered what turned out to be unsuitable for us so had to return it.This required sending an email to nursery store who replied earlier than expected. Collection was arranged and carried out. The new Sphere seat arrived within 3 days. When fitting the new seat I encountered a problem with it swivelling so sent an email on Sunday to them which they replied to early Monday. They sent me a video to check everything by and it turned out that I had missed bait in the instructions. I refitted the seat following the vid an everything now works as it should. Full marks to the Nursery Store for whole process. Brilliant

Disgraceful company.
Ordered a babies car seat, but allegedly an error occurred and two were ordered.
Tried to cancel one seat, but allegedly they'd both were dispatched.
Emailed the company for a return.. "No response!", tried again, but this time jn Complaint form.
Long story short, eventually the seat was returned... expected a refund...."Nothing!"
Emailed another complaint...again, no acknowledgement or response whatsoever.
Eventually I had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back!
I would never use, or recommend this company!
Give it a "Very wide Birth!"

I received the wrong colour car seat for my grandson I contacted Nursery Store the same day the staff were very helpful and arranged the correct car seat to be picked up the next day and the correct car seat delivered the next day was informed daily with emails explaining what was happening would highly recommend this company

I placed an order for a baby crib on 29th December with guaranteed next day delivery. Subsequently received an email stating the delivery will now be in February. Baby is here and no crib! I have contacted The Nursery Store via FB, email and their online chat. Zero response! I am devastated. This is really sensitive for everyone placing orders for new babies arrival and no care taken or given, at all. I hope you understand how much distress you are causing - but you probably don't care about that either!

i bought 2 puggle car seats in october 2023, yesterday i was turning the seat and noticed the arm on one of them is loose, i contacted the nursery today and they told me nothing can be done as it only has 12 months warranty, i would have expected an important item like a car seat that is supposed to fit from birth to 12 years would last longer than 14 months. they would not even offer a repair if i paid.

Oh I do apologise I'm not surprised as the name is very similar. Really hope the situation can be sorted for you. Apologise again. Thank you.

Delivery for original order was 3 weeks then delayed again, terrible delivery times!

I have purchased from this company many times so if you don’t want to return an item they’re fine. However when you do you get no response. I’ve been waiting for over a month for collection and they don’t even email you back.

Placed order but did not receive confirmation email. I emailed today and they tried to phone me first but I missed call so I received email straight away and my mistake I had put wrong email address!!! They found my order straight away and parcel being delivered today now that’s what I call customer service. Thank you very much from a very impressed customer.

I had an issue with a faulty product and the customer service was excellent. I emailed them for help, they were back to me within 24 hours and sent me out a replacement to be delivered the next day

This company are out scamming people, they have even changed there name from online4babys! This is a new Trustpilot!! There is another with the worst reviews. Report them get them shut down door good!!!!!!!!

I bought a faulty stroller and they are plainly refusing to give me a refund. They sent me to chase the manufacturer- Joie - who is refusing to admit fault. The breaks from the stroller are blocking the wheels and their solution is to buy lubricant for the wheels. The backrest is not going flat, but in higher position, making it a safety hazard for my baby. The hood pops back down. I sent them pictures and videos with the faults. The store says it's manufacture's issue however the UK law it's clearly saying the refund needs to be dealth with by the store. I will complain to Ombudsman about both the store (former Online4baby) and the manufacturer - Joie. Do not but their crappy products because if it's faulty you might get stuck with a very expensive crap
