I joined Numonday with high hopes for selling my handmade items, but unfortunately, my experience has been entirely negative. Since opening my shop, I have had zero sales and no meaningful traffic. What’s worse, almost immediately after signing up, I started receiving multiple scam emails per day. This sudden spike in spam makes me seriously question how my contact information is being handled. It gives the impression that customer data may not be adequately protected—or worse, may be shared or sold.

This experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I would not recommend Numonday based on my experience, and I strongly urge the company to address both the lack of platform engagement and the serious privacy concerns.

This site is not for me, but thank you the refund l didn't expect. The site itself is not as easy to set up like Etsy or eBay, maybe this is something Numonday can change as well as driving more traffic themselves to their site. I am an experienced seller less experienced seller would struggle to set up .

Not so easy to use unlike Etsy, where you can filter what you’re looking for. It’s great to have a UK makers site without all the trash like Etsy and things made in china , but missing so many opportunities with lack of marketing

Great service quick delivery and lovely product

Very disappointed with the overall lack of marketing driving traffic to the site. I’ve run an extremely successful Etsy shop for several years and as an established seller I am always interested in ways to expand my reach.
I’ve had zero sales via Numonday during the last three months. I certainly won’t be renewing at the end of my contract. It’s a shame as I love the premise of a UK alternative to Etsy but there’s a lot more work to be done in terms of driving buyers, raising the profile (no one has heard of this site!) and generally working to make it more polished.
As someone else has said there seems to be more marketing directed towards signing up sellers than there is towards buyers.

It’s good to have alternative websites to the normal ones for finding unusual gifts. Easy to navigate. Very happy.
