Rowlands pharmacy Duloch Park refused to accept my Lloyd's homecare package. Okay, LPCH should have checked and found that you are no longer a Lloyd's pharmacy. However you are still part of NHS Scotland and as described on the Twitter (X) page high quality patient centred service. I beg to differ. As I mentioned you could have accepted the package and said, sorry but we don't accept these in future.

I visited Numark pharmacy in Tilehurst today, can I just say it has restored my faith in pharmacies. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful and informative, thank you 😊

Just paid £14.99 for 250mg of oral suspension paracetamol because I had a poorly child with me and I couldn’t drag him round the shops… little did I know it’s only £1.00 in local tescos for their own 100ml bottle! Where the hell did you get that price from?!

This is the worst pharmacy
i have had the misfortune to have to visit. The usual wait is 20 mins.. when you finally get acknowledged by a member of staff who is busy chatting, they are rude, incompetent and impolite. Their lack of professionalism is shocking. I just can't believe they managed to perform in an interview to get this job. The accused me of lying about having recieved a text to collect my prescription. The women who served me was miserable and loud. Others were in the queue and completely shocked too. After accusing me I showed her my phone.. then she said i should have called, I told her I had 3 times, again she insinuated I'm lying as she had been near the phone all day..I then showed her my phone to prove all the unanswered calls.. she walked away.. no apology nothing. Her colleague came to check and said they don't have the medication in stock after 1week! The shelves are also empty.. this place is embarrassing. I never want to go here again so i took my prescription and left. At this point others in the queue all looked worried about how they would then be dealt with. I'm sorry but all i can say is your staff need customer service training. The pharmacist needs to know what they are taking about. They need to stop asking personal questions loudly without any discretion. There is no tact and no eagerness to help. I just want to know why are they working there as clearly they don't like the job and do not know how to be kind and help people. 3 times I've been there and it's happened all the time and I have seen it happen to others before me . I'm just shocked there haven't been more complaints. Stay away from this place.. it really is a comedy sketch.. the blind leading the blind.. with an added dose of rudeness and passive aggressiveness .

We ordered some products online on 02/09/22. It took until 12/09/22 for them to contact us saying it was out of stock and a refund had been issued. While I appreciate stock control is difficult, to take 10 days to tell someone is unacceptable, especially when it's products that are required for someone in pain.

Rude, unprofessional staff at Smallfield Surrey premises.
Talk about you between each other, when assuming you have left the shop, even the pharmacist can be just as rude when asked about late repeat prescriptions.

Numark Horton Park are fantastic.
Always deliver medicines on time for me and my wife.

Their Baglan, Port Talbot branch must be the worst in the whole UK. NOT once but TWICE they have given me the WRONG drugs that could have possibly KILLED me?
My drugs are by prescription and TWICE they passed me drugs that are dangerous to me I complained about the first time. Categorically telling them that the drugs issued could KILL me? Then they go and do it again. Their excuse??? Opps... sorry. Little good to me when I'm dying from their mistake.
