Superb shop in an incredible location!
Jordan and Jude offer the best customer service ever! I went with my daughter last Sunday as one string from her guitar was broken and they were really nice and helpful. Also considering it was lunch time on a Sunday! For a working mum with kids who love music it is a relief thinking one can go on a Sunday and get what one has to do the only day of the week one has free to do it.

They did not have the strings for the guitar to sell. We went to Regency, in the same side of the road, and they sold me the strings. However, they refused to help me changed one because the guitar was not being bought there and was not under any warranty.Indeed it was a Christmas present from my parents back from Spain and I told them. But robotically repeated I had not purchased it there and not under their warranty.
Well, Jordan and Jude were kind enough to change the one broken string for us, at lunch time and on a Sunday!! Life savers they were!! My daughter is composing her songs again and nearly ready to get her electric guitar!!
When my daughter Jane gets her electric guitar we shall go to this great shop with impeccable customer service.

From the moment we walked into the store with our son, the staff were friendly and accommodating and not pushy with sales! After two visits, and playing various guitars, my son walked out with a vintage guitar and extremely happy. Special memories created thanks to all the staff at No Tom.

Called in with my son as was looking for a specific pedal. They didn’t have it but were happy to let him try similar ones without any sort of pressure to buy, but just to try. Absolutely brilliant service and suck nice guys. Ended up buying and will be back for me. So impressed all round.

Very quick and efficient after-sale service from the workshop: a free set-up, in my case, with leeway to come back for any adjustments I might need int the future, also free.

Unfortunately there was no communication after purchase. Guitar came set up with strings I don’t use and it would have been helpful if they’d asked me first. After they read my review I got an email complaining about my “negative” review ( I thought 3 Stars was average) and blaming me for not contacting them saying they were too busy to contact customers. I suggested they might have offered to send me the correct strings but they never responded to my email. Crazy!!!😜
