The car has a lot more issues than mentioned when the sales agent sent me the detailed video. The car was only clean on the outside and was filthy inside. I didn’t receive all my service history and was told by the sales agent she would get back to me with a response to my issues and not hear anything since. I will be looking to take this further.

Absolutely horrible experience after I…
Absolutely horrible experience after I bought the vehicle. The vehicle was not inspected as it should have been and the tyre had a massive bulge in the tyre which deemed it not roadworthy. The company did not have the tyre I had to pay myself for a new one. Was told I will receive my money back after sending receipt however I have to keep chasing them up after 2 weeks as they forgot about me and don’t keep me informed. I also had to bring vehicle back as apparently they “lost the vehicle health check” which is always meant to be done before vehicle goes out , however that is a complete lie as they forgot to do it and sold me a car with a issue in the tyre which should of been picked up in the health check that they apparently did. Also some staff is very rude and do not know how to handle customer service. This service is absolutely horrible and I will definitely recommend you do not buy a vehicle from them as they clearly do not take time out to check their vehicles before they do their handovers. I also mentioned about a warning light when i first came to view vehicle which was screen wash they said they would top up and when it was handover day this wasn’t done. This left me with a lot of empty promises which they claimed and never did. After they topped it up I checked the vehicle myself and they hardly topped anything up only enough to remove the warning light. Absolutely don’t recommend buying a car from this sales team .

Jay at KIA GWR was brilliant
Jay at KIA GWR was brilliant. I made it clear that I was there to buy a car and needed advice to choose the correct one. Jay spent plenty of time going through all the different options available and between us found the right car for me and my needs rather than going for a hard sell for the most expensive.
Communication was first class and the whole purchase was done professionally and with a smile.
A huge thanks to Jay and KIA for a great car.

Vast range of new and used cars and all the expertise
I think I had a good idea what I wanted! But Jay and his colleagues were very helpful in explaining the features of the car. Also it's a nice relaxed showroom! Very pleased with the car! Very economical and just enjoyable to drive
Having the flexibility of PCP makes it much easier to take the plunge!

Not impressed. Owned car 2 weeks and I've had to return twice.
I've had the car two weeks it's already been back for the wheels to be replaced in the correct order after they were incorrectly fitted. Today the batteries were either dead or low. However I'm not fond of someone talking to another person with the board Infront of their mouth and looking at me. The young lady who dealt with me was lovely though.

I have dealt with purchase a new car. The service was outstanding. Staff has a complete product knowledge and reply all of my quieres with full detail which keep me satisfied. He keep me well informed about all stages till delivery. He also called after sale to know about if I have any issue with Car.

We bought our Ariya 2 years ago and the Sales experience was superb as was the car but then we hit a problem with the charging port on the car and found out that the warranty was worthless, somehow we haven’t serviced the car enough - all based on mileage - so we get a £6k repair bill and total mess around at the dealership and through Nissan GB. So upset and so disappointed. Read your warranty carefully cos they will look for the slightest loophole to get out if it and as for the service plan - again, seems to be hidden excuses to use that against you if you do higher mileage.

Friendly, relaxed tone
Katie, the person I saw, was friendly and welcoming. I went in with a car I'd seen online in mind and it went smooth as silk.
I'm very mechanically naive - it's just not my forte - but Katie was helpful, informative and answered all my questions in a way I could understand clearly.
100% would go there again for my next vehicle.

Great experience and love my new CRV.
Ravi was fantastic and very patient whilst I decided between the CRV and the HRV. The CRV won! He went into lots of detail on the various options and was always at the end of a call or email to help. There was no pressure to buy and he really wanted to understand what I wanted to get from my new car. Thanks!

Really good sales experience
A superb experience from the test drive with Dawn through the quote and eventual order placement to the final delivery and collection. Kyle in the finance team was also very helpful in progressing the finance agreement etc. can thoroughly recommend Norton Way Peugeot. Thank you!

Great experience with Katie at Norton Way Honda
We had a great experience buying from Katie at Norton Way Honda. We found the car via Auto-Trader and once we’d made contact with Katie it was easy to get the deal sorted, the balance between being helpful but not pushy was excellent. We were travelling a couple of hours from home to collect and Katie even popped into the garage on her day-off to ensure the handover went without a hitch. Would highly recommend.
