I order an item on June 6 2026 now it's July 16 still have not received the item neither tracking number exists received a text on July 7 that it was delivered on July 1 but it didn't leave us customs till July 2 unless co will never order from this co again and segest nobody else's use it eithe

Long shipping, But well worth the wait!!
The shipping took longer than I expected, but the product quality made up for it.
I have a Malinois Shepard mix and he is one big floof ball. He is also very scared of any grooming tools Ive tried. He actually sat there and let me brush him. Absolute miracle!!
The brush pulls his undercoat and shed off without digging or dragging across his skin.
