Like other scam.

Like others I had a shockingly bad experience with Nordmann. My tree was never delivered. I was assured of a refund by both Lauren and Dan. I chased via email and text messages many times over 6 weeks and still nothing. Left trying to recover the money from my credit card company. A total scam company.

We ordered two trees. They arrived as scheduled but with no pre-delivery notice. The trees were delivered without the wood block stand and we could not get these trees to stand straight. We have ordered Christmas trees online for a number of years and have drilled holes in the base ourselves with no difficulty but these trees were impossible. If the base had been supplied then this problem should not have arisen.
These trees were the worst that we have ever had and were unusable. We went to our local garden centre and bought another two trees to replace the trees which were suppled. We have demanded a refund but have had no response.

Shocking customer service... paid for tree in November for delivery 8th Dec. When tree was late tried to contact by phone and e-mail but impossible...tree eventually turned up 9pm on 9th. Tree was shorter than the one advertised and also damaged. Complained to Dan who assured me of an immediate part refund. Have called, left voicemails, sent e-mails and several text messages but more than 4 weeks later still no refund

Arrived late, they have no plan to honor pickup for disposal. It appears to be a single person using third party services for everything. Had my bank reverse the payment.

SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tree arrived 5 days later than the expected delivery date. I wasted my days working from home waiting for the tree to arrive, as everyday I was told I could expect it the following day. Living in Newham I couldn’t afford for them to leave a 68£ tree on the street outside my flat. Dans voicemail was constantly full which can only mean I wasn’t the only one chasing my tree and not getting answers. When I did get through, the staff were rude, incompetent and ignorant. The one woman basically put the phone down on me. I have sent various emails and texts over the past few weeks with my complaint and I am yet to receive a reply. I’m not entirely sure how they think you run a company, but it’s certainly not like this.

Rewriting my review as TrustPilot removed it claiming my authenticity as a user could not be verified. I paid for the tree end of November 2023 and expected delivery date for 8 December. It was a no-show, non-delivery of goods and clearly intentionally deceptive. Tried to reach company but voicemail was full. I then brought this to my bank’s attention. Claimed for fraud and was reimbursed as it was non-delivery of goods. This company has now tried to entice others by sending an email to me (and probably others it scammed) regarding locking down next year’s orders by offering 50% off. Do NOT buy.

Tree arrived on 13th December and needles started falling off few days later despite having it in water
Would be nice to have tree info actually on the tree say a label with date it was cut down & whether base of tree has been cut to help lengthen life

Biggest scam ever. Paid £68 for a Christmas tree. No correspondence no messages nothing. Tried emailing several times. Had to order a tree from somewhere else and now waiting for my bank to deal with my claim to have my money back. It’s fraud!!!

Again, same as other user reviews. Ordered a tree for delivery on 11 December for Dec 16 delivery. On day of delivery, I received an SMS text regarding delivery update. Originally my delivery was slated for 6:30- 8:00 P.M. I waited the entire evening. The circuit tracker via sms kept getting pushed back on the time. I called and called and left messages and emails. No response. its 18 December and still no tree, no response and answer on the call. Voicemail on number provided was full.

Unless I hear tonight I am contacting my bank to report fraudulent charges and will order another tree from another company f they have any! A disgrace and waste of time. Nordmanndirect warrant no stars. Do NOT order from this company!!!!

Scam, phoned up about delivery time and emailed and no response and no tree

Order for a tree placed 31 October in good time for Christmas. Delivery slot 28 November - 2 December. Heard absolutely nothing, phoned up on 30 November to be reassured tree would definitely be delivered that week no problem. I called back on 2 December, to be told the tree would not be delivered at all before Christmas. They then issued a partial refund and I'm left paying £10 for a tree that never arrived, and only then due to repeated calls. Avoid this company.
