Great customer service
There was a mistake on my order where an item I hadn’t ordered was in my delivery and one of my items missing on contacting customer service this was quickly resolved and my item delivered within two days thank you Chris I have purchased many items from No1 perfume and will again great service and price for quality products

Absolutely excellent price. Box maybe white with design on it. The box gets thrown away but the price for genuine product is outstanding.

Sold me a fake JPG Ultra Male
Bought a 125ml JPG Ultra Male, doesn’t smell like the real one and lasts 5 minutes. Asked for a refund and they’ve completely ignored me since, in conclusion, it’s fake, don’t buy.

Great to see you’ve deceived to leave 2 x 1* reviews in a matter of hours but it took you 22 months to get in touch and initially sent a scary blackmail email of which we DO NOT stand for.

Ah you use 2 names, now we see.
Context for others.
Made a purchase in January 2024 yet contacted us in November 2025, suggested that it was a ‘recent’ purchase.
Issued an ultimatum that if we didn’t refund them they would expose us to their millions of followers on TikTok/you tube, sounds a bit like blackmail!!
Our genuine reviews and decent customers speaks for themselves so please take this review as you wish.
We always try to resolve issues in a timely and genuine manner but 22 months after purchase and a scary blackmail email means this time I’m afraid we will not.
Our legal team have been made aware.

Great Company Selling Genuine Perfume at a Reasonable Price
I was very dubious purchasing perfume online! My order of Atkinsons Amber Empire arrived promptly and was exactly as described and my concern about it not being genuine totally unfounded. The perfume smells exactly as my old bottle bought for double the price in the Duty Free and I could still smell it on my skin the next day, its a delightful EDT which packs a punch. I will definitely buy from this business again! Thanks so much for a great buy!

I have ordered multiple times from here but have checked out as a guest previously.
I honestly love this site - I don't care about a fancy box that I'm just goong to throw away so it's a no brainer to save money.
