I instructed NiSurv to carry out a Level 2 Home Survey and valuation. Immediately after I sent my initial inquiry, Jeremy spent time taking me through in detail what the survey would involve and what the report would contain.

Jeremy then gave me a date for the survey and he arrived on time on the day. Jeremy carried out the survey and was able to provide the report on the same day. The report is very well prepared and includes exactly the information and detail I was looking for.

Had a great experience dealing with Jeremy. He initially had a quick look at the property online and advised on which level he thought best - Level 2 in this case. I recently had a RICS Home Survey Level 2 carried out by Jeremy. I received a quote within 24 hours along with an estimated timeline for when the survey could be booked. Following that I received a full survey report the next working day after survey was conducted. Additionally I received a phone call from Jeremy explaining the key findings. Overall, very happy with the service provided and highly recommending.
