I recently traveled from the US to do Ironman Switzerland and used Nirvana's services. This is the second time I have used Nirvana and both times their service and professionalism has been impeccable.
Simply put, they did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. From the pick-up at the airport, to getting me the exact room I wanted, to the mechanic that put my bike together for race day and packed it up again (he was better than my mechanic at home), everything they did was flawless. Kamie, the point person at the event could not have been more responsive. I suspect like most folks who do these things I am pretty high maintenance and demanding and there was not one miss on their part. I am not generally inclined to write reviews, let alone give 5 stars but their efforts and execution more than earned it.

I am so glad I chose to have Nirvana support my experience at the USA Triathlon Multisport National Championships in Omaha last month. Kamie and the Nirvana team were incredibly helpful in planning and facilitating my logistics to/from the airport and event site. Without having to worry about those details, I was able to focus more on my races. It was also nice to connect with the other athletes using Nirvana's services, too. Kamie went above and beyond to accommodate our needs throughout the event. I highly recommend Nirvana and plan to book with them again in the future!

This is a great resource in general and the team in Boulder 70.3 was fantastic. Jacob and Jesse went above and beyond in a range of ways - were very professional and experts in the services they offered. I had some challenge with Ironman recognizing the Nirvana process but not on this Team!

Pretty much the whole process from getting the hotel and the travel to and from the airport was top notch. The drivers were courteous, friendly and very punctual.

Not having to deal with airport travel was such a bonus on the trip I was on. International travel can be stressful, so anything that removes some of that stress is great.

I booked my hotel accommodation and check-in/race day shuttles with Nirvana for IM Austria and they were so helpful and efficient (especially when my friend left her nutrition bag on the shuttle bus on race morning!!!). Also they were fantastic after the race getting me back to the hotel and dropping my bike off with my transfer people on the way. Couldn't fault them, will definitely book again.

The closest I'll come to being a pro! Nirvana's pre/post-race priority access and support gave me every advantage. Very grateful to the team.

Nirvana's support in Omaha for US Multisport Nationals was just terrific. I had not used them before, though had had helpful email interactions about this fall's Torremolinos Worlds, where I am booking hotels and more through them. In Omaha, I was thrilled to learn they were running shuttles from the downtown hotel to the rather far away race venue, and jumped on that. Kamie was responsive, friendly, totally dependable. It made a huge difference not to have to worry about transport. I look forward to having Nirvana support in Torremolinos, and having more time to think about my race, less time worrying about logistics.

First time traveling with Nirvana to multisport national championship, Omaha, Nebraska. From the moment I step off the plane, the staff guided me through the logistics not related to the event. and therefore I was able to concentrate and perform at my best. Daily interactions with the staff and the athlete sharing the services was very comfortable allowing for future connections. When judging for this service put into consideration the BIG PICTURE… Nirvana can be cheaper and less stressful experience.

Many thanks to Elliot, bike mechanic and the entire nirvana team on IM Austria. The flight was not spotless, the bike was slightly damaged. But the team was so friendly and always ready to help. Thanks to them it became a top experience.

Just got back from IM Austria. Everything went without a glitch. Hotel was great, food was great, no issue with flights and transfers, all in all a lot less hassle than trying to do it solo. Would highly recommend. 👍💪

Everything about this experience was amazing. The staff were extremely professional, patience, helpful and available. As a first timer in this event I started feeling some doubt/stress after going to a country I’ve never been to before to do something I didn’t know if I could do. But when I signed up with nirvana for Ironman Austria in 2024 I felt much more calm knowing I had people around me who would stick to the schedule at hand and do exactly everything I was told they would do with a flawless execution, and zero bureaucracy.

Elliot and the team are just great! Hope to see you guys next time!

Outstanding service from start to finish.

Always in communication prior to departure date and then once through arrivals the team were waiting.

Very friendly team and just did exactly what they said they would do.

Would definitely use Nirvana again for sure.

Jacob and Jesse (the expert bike mechanic) were so very helpful. They made every part of the experience seamless. We had high winds and issues with bike racking overnight and Jacob communicated with me over the phone to ensure that my bike was ok and there were no issues.

Jesse went above and beyond the morning of the race checking my bike in transition as I went into the water. He found that I had a flat tire and repaired it. I was unaware that even happened until I finished the race.

These gentlemen were 10/10 and knocked it out of the park for my very first Iron Man 70.3 in Boulder, CO.
