It was the second time that I booked hotel and transfer with Nirvana Europe. Everything worked perfect. They also gave me good advices when I asked for help / Information!

They were just amazing! Everything they offered was planned perfectly and the shuttle from Athens to Sparta went very smoothly. It just gives you that extra relief and ease before your race! Definitely recommend choosing Nirvana!

Had the Nirvana team support me at the T100 Lake Las Vegas race this year and could not recommend them more. They made everything seamless & easy, from accommodations to bike checkin/maintenance (even finding a compressor for the tubeless tires I overdeflated!). Definitely will be considering them for every race I travel to in the future!

Nirvana arranged all the airport transportation, lodging and triathlon details for me, so I had a great experience in Lake Las Vegas for the T100 event. I will definitely be working with them again on my next triathlon experience!

Kamie, Mark and Murray were great! They made everything so SIMPLE during a stressful Ironman week!

What I loved:
- Kamie took care of my bookings and made everything easy. She also flexible to add an extra night and used the leftover credits for bike check service.
- I was able to transfer my hotel reservations from IM to another and the process was simple (show proof of IM transfer).
- There were left over credits and that was used towards Bike Check - this was GREAT!
- Murray (bike tech) was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable, made the bike check quick and easy.
- Hotel was roomy, clean and accommodating. The bike tech also stayed at the same hotel, that made things simple.
- The shuttle for the day of the race was awesome; again made race day easy.

Improvement(s):
- I did not hear about my booking for a long time; I had to email them to confirm. Not a huge deal, but a quick follow up/touch base would have been good.

Super convenient and great addition to our race week. So nice to get a quick bike tune up, stay at host hotel on site and right by transition and finish line.
Every Nirvana team member we met with and talked to was positive, encouraging and we felt like they were there to help make our experience better!!
Yes it costs a bit more, but we highly recommend if you can!

IM California event was handled very well by Nirvana - Mark and team did a great job !

Attention to details. Kamie is genuinely friendly with always a smile on her face. The mechanics were patient and helpful as my husband was having a medical emergency that weekend and I needed help with my bike.
Definitely would work with them again traveling to a race.

I signed up for the Nirvana experience. The cheapest option because all the general were sold out. I was looking forward to the experience. But it was no different to any other race. Nobody working with ironman seamed to know what the Nirvana wristband was. Felt like a fool showing it in the end. Thought at least it would include pre and post race recovery e.g compression socks, massage... All I really got for €300 was my medal ingraved.

I’m really comfortable traveling with my bike solo, but the Nirvana+T100 deal sounded great and it made the trip super easy. The instructions where to meet at the airport were clear and eliminated the need to rent a car. Great experience!

Had a great experience traveling to Las Vegas and around the area, hotel stay went super smooth and the race event was great.

Couldn't have a better experience for my first full IM. The best part was helping transport the bike to the race, building the bike in the hotel, and repacking the bike at the end of the race while I was on the run. The team was also available to answer any questions I had. I would use this service again for sure and enjoyed meeting the team.

Nirvana handled our travel, accommodation and event arrangements for the recent World Triathlon Championships in Spain and were efficient, flexible and very very helpful under some pretty trying circumstances. I would like to give thanks to the team based at the Hotel Miramar in Malaga they were Leah, Harvey, Sean and Rob.

Ik heb recentelijk een bed gekocht bij Nirwana Bedden en mijn ervaring was buitengewoon positief. Vanaf het moment van binnenkomst in de showroom tot aan de levering van het bed, verliep alles perfect. Hier zijn enkele van de belangrijkste punten die mijn ervaring zo goed hebben gemaakt:

1. Kwaliteit van de Producten:
De bedden van nirwana bedden zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit. De matrassen bieden perfecte ondersteuning en zijn beschikbaar in verschillende stevigheidsniveaus, wat het gemakkelijk maakte om een keuze te maken die precies bij mijn slaapbehoeften past. Ook de bedframes zijn stevig en goed afgewerkt, waardoor ik zeker weet dat ik nog jarenlang van mijn aankoop kan genieten.

2. Deskundig Advies:
De medewerkers van de showroom waren zeer deskundig en namen de tijd om mijn wensen te begrijpen. Ze gaven gedetailleerde uitleg over de verschillende matrassen en bedframes, wat me echt hielp om een weloverwogen keuze te maken. Hun kennis van ergonomie en slaapcomfort maakte een groot verschil in mijn beslissing.

3. Snelle en Betrouwbare Levering:
Na het plaatsen van de bestelling werd ik goed op de hoogte gehouden van de levertijd. De levering zelf verliep soepel en snel. Het bezorgteam was vriendelijk, professioneel en zette het bed netjes in elkaar op de gewenste plek in de slaapkamer. Dit scheelde mij veel tijd en moeite.

4. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding:
Hoewel de bedden misschien iets duurder zijn dan bij sommige andere winkels, vind ik dat de prijs volledig gerechtvaardigd is door de hoge kwaliteit en het comfort dat je ervoor terugkrijgt. Het is een investering die zeker de moeite waard is, vooral als je op zoek bent naar een goede nachtrust.

5. Klantenservice:
Wat ik vooral waardeerde, was de uitstekende klantenservice. Toen ik later nog een vraag had over de onderhoudsinstructies van mijn matras, werd ik snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Dit soort nazorg laat echt zien dat [Naam Beddenbedrijf] om hun klanten geeft, zelfs na de aankoop.

Conclusie:
Als je op zoek bent naar een comfortabel, duurzaam en stijlvol bed, dan is nirwana bedden een absolute aanrader. Hun expertise, klantvriendelijkheid en de hoge kwaliteit van de producten maken dit bedrijf echt de moeite waard. Ik zou zonder twijfel opnieuw bij hen kopen.

Come across the Nirvana brand a lot while watching Ironman livestream but first time using it when taking part the IM Barcelona. When we arrived our bikebox was nowhere to be seen and it took us almost two hours to locate it (but thank God it was not missing). Understandably the original transfer had to leave as there were other clients. However the person in charge of this Barcelona project, Mr Jacob Carr, drove all the way from Calella to pick us up personally!!!
The night before (after 11pm) we left we were notified
by BA that our flight was cancelled for some absurd reasons and another earlier flight was arranged. We notified Mr Carr and he responded almost immediately. He helped us rescheduled the airport transfer and we were finally able to return home safely.
Have already entered same race next year and will certainly use Nirvana again.
