I’ve really sensitive skin and I’ve only been using a couple of weeks but I’ve been getting on great - love all the products I have (jelly cleanser, milk, oil and nighttime moisturiser).

Unfortunately reacted to the products
The products were received promptly and I was looking forward to using them. However following using them for about a week my skin was extremely dry and scaly. I do not have sensitive skin and cannot remember ever having a reaction to skin products. Thankfully the reaction was not visible just extremely dry to touch and felt as if I had been burned. I have stopped using all three products and my skin is slowly starting to get back to normal. I have googled side effects from Nipandfab and dry skin is most definitely listed. I contacted the company and they advised me to stop using the products and to patch rest each of the products to try to pin point the actual product I have reacted to. My request for a refund was not forthcoming.

Faulty product
I had an issue with a product so I contacted Nip and Fab with a photo and my query. I received a very quick response from Alex who asked for a few further details. Again very quickly I received a response apologising for the inconvenience of receiving the faulty product and offered a refund or replacement. Very prompt and professional service. Thank you Alex.

Skin and the sun
I have bought two things recently
The peptide fix 2 in 1 spf 50 mist and the Hyaluronic moisturiser with factor 50.
I sure love these products.
The moisturiser I use immediately after my cleansing routine and the mist I keep in my bag so I can spritz my face when I’m out and about.
Being in my 50’s I’m really keen to keep on protecting my skin and I feel these two products are doing a fab job.
I catch the sun easily but during the warm days this spring I feel safe and protected with these two products.
Would 100% recommend.
