Local delivery for a purchase made on Shopee on 11th May and item is still at the delivery hub on the 21st of May. How does this work?
I had another purchase made for an item via Taobao on 11th May as well from China and that was delivered on the 16th.
Are you seriously trying to tell me that a local delivery takes longer than an international one?
Customer service is non existent and I was advised by them that it will take another 3-5 business days for item to arrive due to shortage of drivers.
Cancelled my Shopee delivery as I can’t be bothered to deal with ninjavan in general as they’ve misplaced my package once before after waiting for weeks on end.

Shocking, said failed delivery attempt. I was sat right by the door which was wide open and we have a doorbell. And if you try to actually get in touch with them to complain, forget it!

Had a delivery go through Ninjavan, for some reason it wasn't delivered even though it claimed that the parcel had arrived at the carrier facility. 10 days later its still stuck at Ninjavan's. Their telegram support channel is non-existent and there are no other ways to get live support.

Absolutely the worst shipping experience I've had. Delivery attempts are claimed but never made, drivers ghost customers, packages disappear. This is how Google explains it: "Ninja Van has functionally shut down for consumers. The company remains open as a legal entity but its consumer delivery operations have collapsed across SE Asia. Riders routinely log false delivery attempts. Customers receive automatic notifications stating 'Delivery unsuccessful—recipient unreachable' despite being home and receiving no call or text. Riders ignore incoming phone calls and text messages from buyers. Ninja Van permanently discontinued Ninja Chat, so customer service has shrunk to non-responsive web forms and generic automated email that provides no intervention."

I would give a zero if that was an option. Their chatbot is useless and delivery riders are completely unreliable. Wish companies offering e-commerce would stop using them as their customers are completely at the mercy of Ninja Van’s poor service.
Missed a delivery today as there was a missing address line but no one called to verify despite a number being provided. When I realized and tried to update address on their chat, unable to do so despite being told it is an option. Limited recourse if you’re missing a delivery. Absolutely hate this company for their continual poor service.

If only there was a 0 star option to rate! It sucks. Took 1 week for domestic delivery and my parcel still hasn’t arrived! Customer service near to non existing, waiting time to talk to an agent online is forever and only available on telegram and messenger apps
Slow as hell
Ordered my item on 4 May and Lazada stated it would reach between 7-9 May. It's 11 May and the package is STILL not out for delivery. Tried to contact customer support with no avail due to no response. Tracking is horrendous, Ninjavan says it's stuck at a sorting facility since 9 May while Lazada says it's on its way to a delivery facility since 10 May. What's worse is that it took them 2.5 days to pick up the package from the seller only for it to be stuck in the delivery facility for another 2.5 days and counting. Never had a good experience with ninjavan, even my package from taobao and another package from china delivered by speedpost are faster, and this is just domestic delivery.

Firstly, they notified me when the product was delivered, but when I went to the door, it wasn't there. I am ok for them to leave at the doorstep, but for it to be missing?? Unlike other platforms where the drivers need to take a photo, I didn't even have that. I could not even tell if they had delivered to the wrong address or not. Not to mention the horrible customer service. You HAVE to go through their terrible telegram bot and had been trying to connect to a live agent for 4 hours. You cannot tell me it takes 4 hours to assist on a weekday afternoon. The facebook messenger doesnt even work and there's no way alternative contact. Luckily the person who actually received it brought my package to me.

The CS is equivalent to none, waited 3 days just to get in touch with someone, first got my phone wrong, then when I requested to change the time and address because they have missed out the time window, it was never correctly recorded in the system, they keep scheduling the wrong address pickup. Unbelievable service and have to avoid if have a choice

Many courier companies in SG are bad but Ninja Van are the absolute worst! They never attept to deliver, but claim they they do, and then just dump a parcel in a random place, claiming it is a designated drop off point...Trying to reply to courier on Whatsapp is uselees as they either don't read mesasages, don;t answer calls or maybe just block customers? Will stop shopping on any platform that uses these idiots!

We made sure NinjaVan had recipients phone number. Drivers did not reach out.
Communication responses from NinjaVan were minimal and inconsistent.
If I could control what delivery service companies used, I would never use NinjaVan. Instead, I'm going to have to double check what delivery service will be used before placing orders.
Strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

They only processed and transit and processed again and transit again…. No delivery. They don’t answer in email. I hope all sender will avoid the Ninjavan.

Totally agree with those who said the Ninja Van service is bad.
Really hopeless and untrustworthy plus they don't give a damn... Just let you continue to wait. If you don't go find out and chase them, you will never know what is happening coz no notification is send out to recipients for the delay. Basically, they dare not even send any notification because they themselves cannot give you a specific answer when you expect to receive your item. This are merely internal not overseas and already at their Hub but didn't send out. Is like forever there. This is the message I receive when I asked for timeline :
"Im unable to provide the estimation date, due to the high volume of the and shortage of the staff for the delivery.
But however i will try to push the delivery for you"
So, ridiculous and dare not even confirm. Forever waiting. 😤😡😠🤬
