Poor comms - cancelled order.
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts nearly 2 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived and no reply from Nimes after several attempts on their website and on Instagram.
*update - emails went straight to junk and did not appear in mailbox searches. Interaction via email top rate, interaction via Instagram so poor I cancelled my order. Only 3 stars from me.

Bad customer service
I have been a customer with NîMES for years and have spent a decent amount of money on their products which I do love! But after sending a pair of jeans back that had a rip and I was accused that I did it wearing them and they were unworn! Also my other pair ripped within two weeks of wearing them and I sent an email regarding the damage which I never got a reply and then being told Im not having a refund or exchange is terrible! So I have to pay for a pair of damaged jeans that I was told have been sent back to me which I never received back.

Bought a few bits from Nimes over the past few years and never had an issue with anything. Everything is good quality, stylish and made to last. Still rocking jumpers and jeans from 2018/19 drops and theyre good as. Highly reccomend.
