Unsatisfactory policy
Good products and service. Spoilt by the fact that it costs the costumer deliver and return fees. It just cost me £12 to buy and then return an unsuitable £30 jacket. Apart from that great clothing range.

I ordered an item of jogging bottoms, but the wrong ones were packed.As these were part of a birthday gift, I contacted nimes straight away. Cut along story short, the company was fantastic. From sending item back to receiving the correct item, only took 3 days. Absolutely fantastic, thank you.
