We booked a one week tour in Thailand with Nezasa in January 2015 and were delighted by their excellent service.
During the booking process, we asked to change several points from their standard program. This was always possible and solutions were always given almost instantly.
Once in Thailand, we were warmly welcome by their local staff. The guide was very helpful and did his best to always ensure that we get the best table, the best room, the best view... It was a 5 star experience and we highly recommend to use their services to discover this fantastic country in a relax and confortable way. Just check their products and don't hesitate to combine some tours and ask to personalize them. They will do it with pleasure and it will add an unique character to your holidays. For instance, we highly recommend a detour to the National Park of Khao Sok, north of Pukhet where you will be able to enjoy several tours and activities.

I can't say enough about the service Nezasa provided us. From luxurious accomadations and amazing guides to exciting excursions and excellent bookings. Everything from top to bottom was taken care of for us. The trip was basically on autopilot and all we had to do was enjoy it worry free.

Honestly one of the best trips I have had the pleasure to go on & all aspects from Nezasas organization to the blend of experiences (free roam & expert guided, high end hotels & exploration of the 'real India') made it a total stress free pleasure. I went with my wife and my 5 year old and a 8 year old boys & we never felt uncomfortable, none of us got sick and we felt totally safe at all times in Rajasthan. The best thing was having your own private car and driver was such a superior experience to either backpacking (you don't know the insider view) or Group Tours (constantly led to places you don't want to go with people you don't want to go with!). I can highly recommend them and I'm already planning our next trip to Kerala.

We went on a golfing trip to Vietnam with Nezasa and from the moment that I met them 'online' to the arrival at the airport it was brilliant. The drivers and tour operators always arrived on time or even early. There were no hiccups and I cannot say anything wrong about the company. They gave us every piece of information before we left and the whole holiday was absolutely fantastic. My agent was Aurelie Biehler, and she took care of my trip since the very beginning. She call me to discuss my needs and comeback with the perfect choices. Even when I experienced some minor problems with my first hotel in Bangkok, Aurelie solve it in no time to make my travel experience a peaceful adventure, full of the beautiful landscapes of Thailand that help me a lot to relieve the stress I had. Great agency and people focus 100% in client satisfaction.

With very little advance notice, and a few last minute changes, Aurélie and her correspondents in sri Lanka have arranged a wonderful 9 day tour of Sri Lanka, for a very reasonable price, putting us in the nicest hotels, planning an itinerary that mixed cultural sites with natural ones, in a private van driven by a charming (and very patient) local driver that looked after us throughout the trip. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Nezasa is a nice looking online booking system, but I couldn't believe, that Nezasa deliver also a perfect support during the trip. We had to change our flights during our holiday because the taifun Ruby. We had a perfect local support and no extra costs.

Booking with Nezasa allowed us to create a great trip to China that combined both predefined and tailor-made travel options. With great support both pre and aftersales, as well as during the trip, the staff was very helpful und supportive. We enjoyed a fantastic trip. Later we recommended Nezasa to friends. They also appreciate the excellent value for money with Nezasa while spending a unique journey.
