Repair minor defects with Sandtex Ready Mixed Filler to leave a smooth surface.
Remove all loose and flaking material by scraping or brushing with a stiff brush.
All signs of organic growth must be removed by brushing with a stiff bristled brush. Kill spores with Sandtex fungicidal wash or a suitable fungicidal wash.
Clean away any loose material after application and ensure the surface is dry.
