Brilliant from start to finish.
I am a decorator, needed a little website for an already busy business. It's a thing a business needs these days, although I'm old school and a bit of a dinosaur.
I was contacted on the offer, was
sceptical and read some reviews about more money, not true, unless I needed extra services etc.
I took the plunge on the really good
reviews, I have not been disappointed
Tracy initially signed me up and said if I needed anything, gave me her number, true to her word I can message her and she always get back to me.
Rob designer was fantastic and so helpful.

If you need a website, do it you won't be disappointed.

I didn't need SEO so didn't purchase it, so cost me £99. I'm happy.

Wish I had not got involved with what started off at 99 pound plus vat is now over1800 pound stay away avoid scam

Great job doing my website, when i have the money to go forward with making an online store will deffo use there services again

I dont understand the negative reviews. I have had a website built by New World Digital and they have been nothing but helpful thought out the whole process.

Josh who designed the site for me has been so easy to talk to and has been extremely helpful with the little tweaks I wanted made. He has a lot of knowledge and brilliant design skills.

My initial call was with Nisha who was very helpful and I can contact her when necessary and she gets things done within a day or two.

Would definitely recommend New World Digital for your website build.

I asked New World Digital Media to design and host my new website.
They have done a fantastic job and went above and beyond in creating my new site. The staff are great with special thanks to Vicki in customer service and Paul the designer.

I got started with new world media on the promotion when they were in the Manchester area and iv had the 5 page bespoke design for a just under a month iv already seen twice the amount of activity than i had with my yell website last year. I came onboard with Andrew he gave great customer service and explained the process really well would recommend to anyone looking to get a professional website.

Constant cold calling trying to sell me a website, thanks but no thanks

Paul (Website designer) has done it again. Another excellent website design. Pauls attention to detail is superb and this has reflected in a professional website, which is exactly what we need to showcase our business.

All I ever wanted was a simple website and email account.
I refused anymore upgrades as I don’t want them, my website is all paid for and because I refused any upgrade I have just found out these cowboys have removed my website and email account.

Our experience is the same as many others, offer you the£99.00 new web site, then hit you with the add ons after £199.00 for ssl, then £399.00 for somthing else, if they could just be straight from the start and tell us the actual cost of owning a website that would be great, but getting you on the 99 web site then 2 weeks later geting us to spend more is frustrating and gets peoples back up, so avoid this company get one that tells you the full cost of a web site before you buy, then you know where you stand, avoid the 99 and avoid the company it will affect your wealth

Told this company I'm not interested in what there selling, have said this twice now and still they call every single day to the point I have blocked them, yet my phone logs still show them calling, I'm pretty good at seeing a con when it comes along and there offer was clearly of that.

Shocking service. if i could give no stars i would. The first phone call was ok we will give you a website for £99 plus vat. what they dont tell you is. they call you every month asking for more and more money. Before i knew I had spent £3500k on a website with absolutely no return from customers . Only time they call is when they want money. They will be getting no more money from me. They lie over the phone.

They never get back to your emails or phone calls with queries about my website. They will hound you for more money and upsell unnecessary SEO type things. Customer service is absolutely poor and the website changes you can make yourself very limited.

I have had headaches with so many website companies in the past. My company of almost 10 years has been website free because of this and we have been considering a website for a long time but just avoiding it until Vicki called us out of the blue and informed us, the perfect domain name became available, which is now ours and a simple portfolio website with minimal features was included. We were able to request a few minor changes that suit us better. All this plus the website and domain hosting, as little as it is sound, It was still created and will be managed (using someone else's time and efforts) and every year it will cost us way less than one engineer's day rate. Absolute bargain.

This is where it gets better, after 6 months or so we understood the business needs more of that professional boost. We started to look at the website, the about us page, footer links, quick links, contact links, social media links and other stuff we want to handle later such as new images and reviews.

For less than one engineer's day rate, Paul at New World Digital Media, had a look at our list. I was waiting and expecting a list of headaches, expecting things to be in the wrong place, a load of “oh you can’t have this”, “we can’t do that”, “it’s going to cost an extra”, if you can understand what i’m trying to say. What we got was within 48 hrs a link to most if not all our changes, everything was way more than I expected. We just simply replied to confirm we accept the changes. That’s it, nothing else. On top of that going forward we have access ourselves to make any changes, editing text, including adding images, page etc etc, and if we need guidance, there is a support line. This did include upgrading our package which makes sense to get the work done and features working. It obvious we got an even bigger bargain this second time round.

Now it gets even better, SEO, I don't even want to discuss it, all I know google wants £s per click, something about keywords and a whole load of I don’t understand, it just sounds like a black hole where money just dives into. So we just avoided it, until Adam called and removed my misconceptions, explained what different packages New World Digital Media has to offer, how simple it would be for me, and clearly the costs associated. As we included a lot of our own information on the website as our services have a lot of details, which have a lot of great keywords. This saved time and effort and NWDM was generous enough to offer to pass those savings onto us. We will always get guidance and support with SEO as and when needed. This service is going to cost us less than an engineer's day rate, and about half a day rate annually. I think it will be the biggest bargain out of the 3 services we have/going to purchase from New World Digital Media.

So let's just put this in perspective, we got and are getting all the above 3 services, as the initial cost in total, is equivalent to a day and a half rate for one of our engineers. To keep it all ours, hosted, working and supported etc would be less than one of our engineers one day's rate, annually! For a professional website supplied with a professional and swift service.

I am very, very impressed with New World Digital Media, and I look forward to our partnership. If you want my opinion from my past experiences, to having disappointing services from other companies, from friends and family that can build a website “in 5 seconds” that never have 5 second to give, to spending hours trying to use easy to build website onlines that are not that easy, before you throw your laptop in the bin, I highly, highly, recommend you speak to New World Digital Media, I promise if you make some efforts too, you will have so much for so little and if you understand, the less you can do, and you pay for the right services you will not be disappointed.

Was promised a website for a small fee in exchange for them being able to use the website to promote their business however was told further down line that the website would be useless unless I payed hundreds of pounds. Rude and pushy sales woman who would not take no for an answer. Have asked to have the domain transferred to another company (which I payed £1 for last year!) and told it would cost me £118 to get the domain back. They lure you in with reasonable prices but demand a lot more further down the line, and to top it off I now don’t have the domain name unless I pay their stupidly inflated price.

They’re a fishing company. Offer a service for a small fee, then tell you that your new website is worthless unless you pay them at least £500, which isn’t true, they just don’t want to design a website that appears on Google. They then call several times to try and make you pay the extra, then deliver a big standard generic site and you can’t get hold of them to make any changes. Don’t waste your time or money

I receive a call from a chap called James a week ago stating they they would set me up a website for approx £100 that can be found on google's new algorithm. It wasnt a lot so thought why not. Then a week later Lucas called me to say that in order to get it ranked I would need to pay a further £500. That is where I drew the line and requested my money back. This is a scam and would avoid at all costs. Lucky I bought my own domain which is something Ive been doing for years and do not trust any thirs party company to own your domain.

Excellent service provided by Nisha who made the process as simple as possible. My website was designed by Paul who did a great job, very professional looking site. Highly recommend.

terrible company continuously charging more and more for things that weren't explained on 1st sale then deliver a site that is not working correctly 9 months after paying thousands of extra money, then don't answer the phone or reply to emails avoid like the plague!!!!!

All I can say is avoid at all costs, they are like blood-sucking leeches. What a total waste of money designed me a website that never appeared under a google search. Under the Sale of Goods Act this service is most definitely not fit for purpose.
