Awful experience with this agent, lead to massive cost for us as the buyer, due to incompetence of agent and inability to take responsibility and apologise for their mistakes.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Kieran and his team in Peterborough. From the very start, they were professional, approachable, and incredibly proactive. The quality of the marketing, particularly the photography, was outstanding, and we received competitive offers quickly as a result.

What truly set them apart was their commitment beyond just securing a great offer. They were instrumental in ensuring our chain completed smoothly, consistently chasing up and down the chain to keep everything moving—something we know isn’t always the case with other agents. Even in a particularly challenging chain they ensured the sale stayed on track.

Honest, reliable, and always available when we needed them, Kieran and his team went above and beyond at every stage. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. An exceptional service from start to finish!

Two stars only because they were quick to send plumbers round when needed, and the staff are pleasant enough. However, that pleasantness ceases the moment you stop renting with them. We asked about our deposit numerous times, and eventually, one month after we left we requested it back through the TDS, which prompted a quick response with a list of reasons why they need our deposit. They try to take for nonsensical things, like a general clean, however checkout photos show a house left in a decent condition and a clean condition. They are trying to take for decoration, when the only issues was one small mark on the stairway wall and some discolouration at the hallway entrance, which is NORMAL when you’ve lived in a property for over three years! I doubt the landlord has even reviewed the checkout report, as far as I’m aware the property had been let to new tenants by the time we requested our deposit, so it’s probably been cleaned already, something you’d expect between tenants anyway. In our entire time there (3 years), we only had ONE inspection, a few months before we left, in which only one issue was given, weed the garden better. Nothing about any of the “reasons” they want our deposit, which I suspect won’t go to the landlord. If you’re a landlord, don’t let through the Lincoln branch, they don’t perform yearly inspections, we had issues with the shower the day we moved in, the pole fell off cutting my hand and revealing black mould, and nothing was sorted because apparently “I’d agreed to the inventory”, which showed nothing about a broken shower and we were forced to do virtual viewings (Covid related). These people are total cowboys, and this is exactly why letting agencies belong in the coldest depths below.

They requested for confidential information via LetAlliance before viewing and even after giving all this, you don’t hear from them. I really feel uncomfortable 😕, at least update me once you asked all my details before even viewing the property. They not reply for email and over the phone you can only reach them if you selling your property. Avoid this agency

What can I say other than just amazing! After the house being on the market with other estate agents for almost 8 months with no interest, Angela and the team swooped in and within one week we had several viewings and a serious offer which we accepted. Following this, Sophie, Caroline and the team took care of everything and helped us navigate through the minefield of legalities and liaisons with other parties. Now happily moved, I can't recommend Newton Fallowell Oadby enough... absolute superstars! 5 stars literally

We dealt with the Horncastle and Spilsby branches for the sale of our Coningsby property, the service was outstanding especially from Kiera Owen who in our opinion went above and beyond to ensure the sale, dealing with very awkward solicitors and difficult situations whilst keeping us informed at every step. We would like to thank her personally.

Leicester Branch - avoid selling with this estate agent! Rarely answer the phone and don’t arrange appointments when voicemails are left by prospective buyers. I had 2 people arrange appointments through another agent I was also marketing my property with because Newton Fallowell didn’t return their calls. Unsure of branch but I believe the managers name is Zak.

Lincoln branch excellent in all respects. Fair valuation. Superb, kind and considerate staff. Sold within one week and was kept up-to-date throughout the whole process. Cannot praise highly enough.

The ladies in the Oadby, Leicester office are helpful and friendly. A great service all round.

The viewings were handled very efficiently and with minimum need to contact us. We really appreciated that we were kept informed at all stages and had control of what offers we would consider. The house sold within a week! And from beginning to end the whole process took only 2 months. Staff were so courteous and helpful.

This is by far the worst estate agent in leicester, don't use them, there is no communication, dont lead by example, no call backs, no feedback from viewing, and your property wont sell, find better agents instead of using these guys, avoid at all cost

This company is an absolute joke. I can never recommend this guys. I requested for a viewing and they made me go through all referencing phases before I could be considered to view and got no update from them only to find out the property was already let out.
I’m not surprised seeing negative comments here.
I don’t think they know what they are doing at all

Absolute shower of excrement company. If you are looking at renting, avoid them if they are the management company.
If you are a Landlord, do not let these people manage your property. We reported water coming through the kitchen ceiling 2 years ago, they still haven't fixed the problem. Excrement show of a company. Tenants and Landlords be careful.

Searching for a new house and asked NF for a viewing of a property. Simply wouldn't do it, too much trouble. Brigg branch. Wonder if the sellers know what they are doing? Avoid.
