They clearly take on too much work to be able to complete the house to an acceptable timeframe.
We have evidence that on more than one occasion queries were passed from the seller's team to ours team (we were purchasing), and they sat on the paperwork for more than 2 weeks, twice.

When you call to query, there are vague assurances, but what is very clear is you are in a queue.

I'm not sure that they understand they are critical in doing some of the most important, and pressing things in your life, buying a home for your family.
Also, purchasing a property is not something you do that often. But our experience here means the next time we will be very specific about the amount of clients they have and how quickly they can work for us.
If only they can work on a sliding pay system... the longer they take, the less fees they acquire.

Rameen acted as our solicitor for a sale and purchase and was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I have recently purchased a property. Lisa Jones and her team were absolutely exceptional. I cannot fault their service and competence. I viewed the property at the begining of Nov and had my keys at the begining of Feb.
