Not the fault of Neths but my package was lost by the courier and I had to wait 2 weeks for it to return to stock and be reshipped. The Team @ Neths reached out to me via Whatsapp and stayed in contact until the replacement was delivered. Great customet service and use of Whatsapp.

Avevo un problema al PC da mesi che stava diventando davvero problematico e nessuno sembrava avere una risposta fino a quando non mi hanno consigliato Neths Informatica. Velocissimi nella diagnosi e nella riparazione. Personale eccellente e preparato e assistenza a 5 stelle, consigliatissimo per tutte le esigenze.

Excellent customer service, seller was in contact with the me over whatsapp - provided the tracking, expected delivery date and followed up within minutes after delivery. Delivery was much faster than anticipated as well. Item packaging was good (fixed inside the box firmly with paper wrapping).
