Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

First visit to one of your stores was…Mind Blowing
First visit to one of your stores was fantastic! After shopping around for years trying to piece together the look that we were trying to create, we finally found Neptune. The atmosphere created in your stores “homes” inspired us to re-evaluate what direction we are now taking. The simplicity of the design and the colour palette combined with the Quality and Affordability was something that I didn’t expect to see. We have matched our colour scheme after using your paint samples and are now ready to order our new furniture. This is just step one! Stuart

We had very good customer service
We had very good customer service when we visited the store, were kept up to date on delivery dates but also our request for delivery to fit in with other stuff we had going on was accommodated. The delivery was efficient with the furniture erected in situ. All staff we dealt with throughout were personable and a pleasure to deal with.

Great to be back
So pleased to visit Neptune’s lovely Edgbaston store after a long pandemic break. Particularly happy to see more colour being used, specifically the beautiful rust and apricot shades. Also liked the dark olive paint colour which will definitely appear in my lounge in due course. Sales staff always helpful but don’t fuss, which I appreciate.

It was well worth travelling 40 miles to Edgbaston to visit your store. We were VERY impressed by the way everything was displayed and by the courteousness and helpfulness of all of your staff. We purchased everything we had come to see and are now waiting for the two Larson chests of drawers to be delivered early next month.
