No tracking Record
I did not receive any notification if my present was delivered or not. I called and they told me there were not possibility to have a tracking number which sounds nonsense nowadays.
They take long time for caricatures.

Wonderful variety of gifts with affordable pricess
Shopping online with Needapresent was easy because they offered a wide range of quality, some unique and affordable gifts for Christmas. I've even made a list of other items for friend and family bithdays.
I'm impressed that my items also came with free engraving which meant I could add that extra touch to make the gift special. Delivery charges are not exhorbitant and my items arrived in the post well packaged and on time.
It will always be the first place I go to for something that is a little dufferent.

Needed a present - sorted !
Website easy to use ... but I still managed to spell my daughters name wrong on a personalised pressie. Phoned contact number, got straight though and the very helpful man quickly amended the error. Pressies arrived soon after. All in all a great service.

really bad
ordered a necklace and earing set for my mums birthday, as it was somthing different (as it was engraved), when came necklace had a knot in and was very flimsy, wanted my money back but was refused as it was engraved so couldnt be used again, when delivery came back it wasnt even my necklace it was a brandy glass, had to keep phoneing to see what was going on, i ordered my mums present nearly one month in advance maybe even longer so it would get here in plenty off time but at 1oclockish on her birthday the necklace had finally arrived, very poor they shud off just credited me my money back cause i just dont think the necklace is not worth what i paid for it, and all the hastle i had with it!!

My girl friend liked my surprise
I bought a gift for my girl friend and she were very happy and liked it very much. It took me amost 5 minutes to finish choosing and purchasing it for her. The only bad thing was the post office delay in delivery and they have lost the package the first time bec my gf were not home when they delivered it the first time and when she went to the office they could not find it!!!!! I was about to write a complaint but after an hour they called her back saying that they have found it.

FANTASTIC
Ordered a personalised sweetie jar at 13.30, delivered the NEXT DAY near Christmas time. My wife loved it and all the sweets brought back memorys for both of us

So pleased with the end product and fantastic service.
I felt like I was taking a risk ordering a personalised item from a website i had never used before. I have to say when I got the package a couple of days later I was exceptionally pleased when I opened and found it in fantastic condition and a really good product for a reasonable price! I will definitely use this service again!

I brought 2 products from here and they came when they said it would. Also you have a chance to write something like "merry Christmas" but they printed it on plain paper which I could have done myself. The merry Christmas sign looks like it was done off Microsoft word. Apart from that though I would deffinately buy from them again
