Very disappointing supplier
Very disappointing supplier. Every time I receive a notification that an item is back in stock, I check immediately, but the item is already unavailable because it is “in another person’s basket or out of stock.
This happens every single time.This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of customers’ time. Worst stock management policy I have ever seen in online shopping.

This is not an issue with our stock system, but rather the result of exceptionally high demand for certain products, which often sell out almost immediately on a first-come, first-served basis once they come back into stock.
We are currently working on introducing a pre-order system later this year, which we hope will give customers better visibility and control when demand is particularly high.

Por el momento, he realizado dos compras con NDA Toys. En ambas, por la características del producto (Juguete electrónico o producto de coleccionismo sin componentes electrónicos), he tenido problemas con la aduana española.
En el primer pedido me ayudó Nik, que estuvo al pie del cañón enviándome la documentación necesaria. En el segundo, me ayudó David y tuvo muchísima paciencia porque los requerimientos de aduanas eran, aunque lógicos, absurdos. Respeto -y alabo- enormemente su trabajo por todas las molestias que le ocasioné.
Ambos me ayudaron y merecen un reconocimiento.
NDA Toy es una empresa con un gran y buen catálogo, eficiente y rápida en el trámite del pedido así como en el envío en sí. Cumplen tiempos y los pedidos llegan perfectos.
