BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Paul and the Carlisle branch went above and beyond to help me get my windscreen replaced. MOT was due, but due to illness couldn't get to branch to replace broken screen before MOT due date. The team collected car and replaced screen to help out and enable MOT pass. Fantastic customer service.

A very positive experience
The staff were so helpful and polite. They were welcoming and warm. I got to the Basingstoke branch 45 minutes late - I called the team to make them aware and when I arrived, the gentleman acknowledged my earlier call. We were offered coffee and tea in a comfortable waiting area. It was quiet in there and I was able to work from there as well.
Very positive experience. Thanks team Basingstoke.

This auto glass repair garage shows that it really isn't hard to just get things right. Just be polite. Just listen to customers if they are saying something. Just make sense and do what's expected. Give good customer service.
Granted it's a glass repair place so options for things going wrong are, say, less than a general auto repairs garage but they do their job well. Very clean facilities and comfortable chairs in the waiting room with refreshments. I only didn't stay as I needed lunch. Great options for food just around the corner in a very quaint part of town. Thanks! 👍
