Highly Recommend Naturally Thinking
I have been ordering from Naturally Thinking now for some time. I have always found them to be friendly and efficient. On the rare occasion that the order has arrived not 100% it has been rectified usually next day with no toing and froing. Dan has a wealth of knowledge and I have always found him to be very amenable. I have also utilised their Cosmetic Safety Product. Report Service - there is a section on the website which explains how and what the process is. Jaysal is patient and kind and has answered all my queries relating to this. The turnaround is super quick too. I will definitely be continuing to order my ingredients from Naturally Thinking to make my skincare products. Would highly recommend them.

I learnt a huge amount on the Naturally Thinking course. It was a really inspiring, friendly and relaxed environment - very conducive to learning and sharing with my fellow course goers and definitely confidence building. Tom took the intimidation out of 'starting out' in product making and launching a business, imparting lots of tips that were beyond the scope of the course and incredibly helpful. I am still hugely enthused by everything that I have taken away from it and can't wait to get started myself. Thanks to the whole NT team! :)

Awee super impressed with this brand. Never ordered from here before but I found their website after looking for organically produced pure natural oils without preservatives or nasties in them. I love how natural the brand is aesthetically I was instantly calmed when browsing through their website which is what was really inviting and gave me much reassurance and confidence to buy from them. I made quite a big order and couldn’t be more pleased the oils are super gentle and the packaging is super I really like how the labels show you the picture of the plant on the bottle. Super impressed, feels delicate and soft on my skin. Will be using everyday from now own. Very happy with this brand, very pleased with my purchase. Order arrived super fast with no problems and well boxed with controlled brown paper protector in box. I wouldn’t change anything about how this brand presents themselves to their audience. In response to the absurd lies from Dan at Naturally thinking. First of all I was never rude via my voicemail message to Naturally Thinking. In addition I did not receive a reply to both my last emails to Naturally Thinking sent to you at 12.31 on 3rd of January 2024 and again at 19.43 the same day, To date I have not, hence why I took to trust pilot. The mere fact that you Dan of Naturally Thinking had to result to this level is testament to the services I receive from you. I end any further responses here. So you do the same.
PROS and CONS
PROS: I really like Naturally Thinking's products and the people I make blends for love them too. One lady who had a chronic skin condition on her hands has seen it disappear after regular use of the hand cream - amazing! All the products are excellent quality and I would like to continue to order from this company.
CONS: My first purchase some while ago included the shower gel base but it was more 'runny' than I expected and didn't work with my essential oils - it just ran off people's skin. I've noticed that there seems to have been an update on this shower gel as the site and instructional video uses a thicker and differently labelled product. The other negative thing about Naturally Thinking is that their communication with customers is practically non-existent - this is very frustrating and can be off-putting as we need to be able to discuss things properly in order to progress with further orders etc.

Hello natural hair lovers, I been formulating my own hair and skin care for 10 years and Naturally Thinking is the first place I look for ingredients because freshness Bach tested and detailed information on items, it has held me build truly unique products for myself and family. The zreo range is a bonus because many of the grouping of the ingredients used mach my own I can expand the my list safely and cost effectively and maintain my unique cost effective products. The best company ever!
Used Naturally Thinking for about 4 years now and my order has never been delayed. Absolutely love their face wash and floral spray,I mix it with tanning drops and it works a dream. Their hand washes also make a fab present (think everyone I know has one now).
Customer service has always been excellent and it makes it even better when it is a small family run business!
I’m absolutely horrified
I’m absolutely horrified! It’s ironic how low the rating on here is with customers noticing how this business conducts itself, the rating says a lot. I have noticed some bases like the body butter base i received was not the same consistency as the one they have always sent me.
Usually it’s thick and buttery, whereas the two 1kg batches you sent me was cream-like like the face cream. This level of inconsistency is unacceptable as the customer is expecting what they have always bought to match with what they get. Quite frankly I’m tired of going back and fourth with this company for the second time. It’s as though less butters were added in batch 327052 packed by Jonathan, compared to other batches I’ve received in the past.
Please pay attention to keeping products the same and if you change them please be professional enough to let customers know you changed the product. Because this is not unacceptable. I haven’t reviewed a lot of the items I bought from them yet, and I didn’t want to leave a bad review but I’ve had enough.
Therefore, I’ve sent back the order and if it’s not replaced and we can not come to an agreement, I have the legal right to dispute the transaction after returning it and by law I have the right to return a product that’s not as describe according to my solicitor. I will can dispute it with my bank for my refund, with proof of these reviews of terrible customer service as evidence of my dispute. Adding on to the fact that the product is different from what I got last time.
I will also review my experience on Google reviews to warn others and on my growing YouTube channel to warn potential customers of this.

Found them to be really quick and helpful with my order
Really informative and fun skincare course in a beautiful environment!
I just attended their skincare making course and it exceeded my expectations! Tom was informative and highly knowledgeable, kind and patient with all our questions. The course began with theory, we were given material to read through and keep and rest of the days were practical so we made different creams, hair conditioner and face cleanser from scratch and they came out beautiful! It’s three days of pure fun and learnt so much of how to use ingredients to make the perfect creams. The course is held in a beautiful building at their farm. Highly recommend it.
I still have not received my product after 2 months waiting
It is big delay, but caused by forwarder.

We are a Spa resort in Germany and have been using Naturallythinking since before Brexit.
We were worried that we would have to end our relationship when Brexit happened, but Naturallythinking have been excellent at getting through this and us continuing to get our deliveries.
We do not have any companies like Naturallythinking in Germany and we rely very much on their products which are very good.
Major problem with items being out of stock, making it difficult to trust them as a supplier to small businesses
Really difficult to write as I've been using Naturally Thinking for 2 years, a local company that did cosmetic safety reports at a reasonable cost for small businesses and supplied all the products. The quality of products is great, the cosmetic safety reports I have done have been quick and efficient with clear guidelines. So what's the problem?? Consistently now every time I go to order products are out of stock, core products, today there are no lids available for 89mm containers, a month ago no epsom salts, before that no Vitamin E. It's a HUGE problem, I'm having to find alternative suppliers, check all the ingredients again and it's stress I don't need. I have emailed but got told it's how it is, but it's happened too many times now. I really feel the business has a major supply issue that they need to sort. It's unfair on small businesses to offer CSPR reports and then to consistently not stock items.
They've been given more than enough opportunities
Orders have been repeatedly sent with the lids of caustic preservatives only half on causing leakages and unhappy couriers. Out of stock products are regularly sold with no communication from their office until you enquire about a late order (funnily, they're almost always dispatched once you question them).
Our last order wasn't dispatched for 2 weeks as they again sold us products they don't actually have. When it was, it was again leaking and destroyed by DPD. A company that values their relationship would have dispatched a new order the day this was brought to their attention but that's now how Naturally Thinking works. They expected us to wait a further 5 days for dispatch so we canceled the order and requested a refund.
2 weeks later on the 31st of January and no refund has been made. We asked this to be rectified immediately on the 31st or we would have to do a chargeback. No response so I suggest to anyone else in our situation - just call your bank and get them to handle it.
