Selling through Wowcher on a 28 day…
I appreciate that Naturally Collagen sent out a second supply as a GOGW. However, the response was curt, bordering on rude. I wasn't getting any help until I posted here, nobody wanted to know, and whether that was Naturally Collagen's issue or Wowcher's nobody wanted to help, retracting any accountability. So it isnt about the product which I haven't tried long enough to comment on but the response from the sender who needs to learn about customer service a little more and respond with a little more humility, you catch more bees with honey

We are currently engaging with you privately to resolve the matter, and we do not appreciate you using the review platform in this manner, especially midway through the process.
To address your issues:
1. The offer on Wowcher is for a 14 day supply. Nowhere on Wowcher does it state you will receive a 28 day supply.
2. You have purchased from a 3rd party retailer, Wowcher. Your transaction is with them, and we have no direct ability to refund you for your order on their website. You have now been refunded through Wowcher.
3. We offered you a complimentary 14 day supply of Naturally Collagen with no strings attached as a gesture of good will. Since your case has now concluded and you have received your refund, you now have in effect received that 14 day supply for no charge, and we are not expecting you to return it.
Since you posted your review before receiving and using the product, making claims that were factually incorrect, on a platform that is not our own, and have done all this before your case was resolved, we ask that you remove this review please as it is not an accurate or fair representation of events.

Good customer service
I had a problem with product being delivered damaged but the company dealt with this very efficiently and replaced the damaged box within days.
Not seen the results of the product yet as have only been taking it for 9 days.

I bought a box from Latest in beauty…
I bought a box from Latest in beauty which contained a packet of naturally collage. When i open it i notice that the best before day is February 2025, only few days to drink 14 sachets of collagen.
I drank one of the sachets and felt the funny teste. I left a message to the customer service, i sent e-mail asking if the product is still good ( despite the funny taste and episode of loose stools)...Alas, no reply. Sorry, but this is the only forum to get a reply and confirmation if the product is good despite the funny taste.

Thanks for the review Pavlina. We received your email on Friday 24th January and replied this morning (Monday 27th January) - apologies our response wasn’t as prompt as you’d like but as we don’t work at the weekend, we replied the next working day.
As mentioned in our email to you, there is nothing in the product that would cause anyone to have symptoms such as this.
The product contains collagen peptides,
Vitamin C, citric acid, stevia, water, fruit juice and potassium sorbate which is a food preservative.
It may well be that you have a sensitivity to sweeteners but as you can see from the ingredient list, there is nothing in Naturally Collagen which would cause diarrhoea.
As we are not medical professionals, it would be at your best judgement to continue or disgard.
