Fantastic service from a wonderful ethical company - I frequently recommend Natural Collection to my friends & family

Ordered waterproof coat in sale. Arrived very quickly. Coat was as described and good quality and fit, will be ideal for a trip I am taking in March. Have had other items from this company and always good service and attractive ethically sourced products, bearing this in mind the prices are very reasonable.

Items arrived in good condition. All products have not been used at this point so unable to comment about that. I enjoyed using this company and I will definitely be using it again and telling all my friends and family about it

After seeing bad reviews I doubted about ordering from Natural Collection, but decided to give it a go with a small parcel. Everything arrived in good order and deliver was very fast. I would use this site again!

I have ordered from Natural Collection for many years. They have a wide range of "ethical" brands, interesting and useful natural products and general groceries. Everyone in the Company I have had contact with has always been courteous, helpful and efficient and I am most impressed with the "no quibble" attitude if there are any problems.

Have ordered a few times and so far not had any issues. Website is easy to use and offers the payment options I would expect. Offers gift wrapping for an additional cost. Not tried that.

Purchased some comb honey from Natural Collection for a birthday present. Received an email indicating that my item had been both dispatched and a refund had been sent. The refund was of the cost of the item but not postage which left me slightly confused. Contacted them to ask why my item had been refunded and they then sent me a refund for the postage cost without any explanation as to why any of this had happened. Won’t be using them again.

I use them to order nappies for my daughter and have recently bought some other products. Delivery is always fast and prices are competitive.
I once a suffered a bad case of “mum brain” and ordered the wrong size, sent it back and got a refund with no fuss!
They also added some freebies with my last order which was a lovely surprise.

I have previously ordered from Natural Collection and always run into problems - like the last time when they didn't pack the washing powder properly and the bag split, spilling the contents all over the rest of my order - including the chocolates I have ordered as a Christmas present! I therefore didn't order from them for a while, but thought I would give it a go again. Now I know why I had given up. They delivered the items ok, but when I returned 2 items in the SAME packet, they only refunded me for 1 of them. I then had to chase them to find out whey the other item was not refunded - it appears the warehouse had lost it! They have now only refunded me a small fraction of the second item I sent back and despite sending repeated emails telling them I am unhappy, they are now ignoring me. Rubbish company and I have now definitely learnt from my mistake - I will not be ordering from them again. They obviously do not value their customers at all.

They have a huge range of products, the order was delivered as stated and the products were very well packaged. Each item was individually wraped in a strong plastic bag in order to avoid leacks. Very happy with my purchase. Will order again.
