I researched relentlessly to find the best quality and price carpet to lvt transition bar for my large 2 metre entryway
I sent an email asking questions and they replied very quickly. It gave me alot of confidence to go ahead and order because they were friendly & knowledgeable.

The transition bar arrived the next day and they didn't use Evri, so please ignore previous reviews giving 1 star because its Evri they should be complaining about and not National Nosing! This company has obviously swapped courier because you're paying for much better delivery service now!

The price is very fair for the bar because the quality is better than you'll find elsewhere imo. Its much better than my last one that's for sure and I paid alot more for it!!

Nosing was delivered on time.

Very few companies seem to hold the box profile laminate edging strip, but this little gem of a shop (as somebody else stated) did. Very pleasant person who confirmed they had it when I rang their stock check line and then even helped my partner take it to the car. Wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Really bad experience. They use Evri unfortunately and this parcel has been stuck at their depot for 2 weeks. I can't have it delivered to me, a neighbour, a safe place, an Amazon locker. It's impossible to get through and speak to anyone. I can't go to the depot.
Their FAQs say to get in touch with the seller and ask for it to be returned now. I've done that and the seller is telling me to refuse delivery when I get it. I said I can't get it, Evri are not delivering it. Then they said "Let's wait till after Easter and see where it is."
Not happy, that's really really bad customer service from them.
Avoid.

Edit: Evri eventually emailed me to say my package had been 'damaged beyond repair'. I got in touch with NSN&FE (catchy name) and they ignored me completely. Luckily I paid through Paypal so was able to raise a case and get a refund.

Came across this site with everything you could want for tilling and stair work. Wonderful. Placed an order and within hours no email to confirm receipt of order but a mail from Tuffnalls courier to say they are in receipt of a package for next day delivery. Yes all arrived by noon and perfect. Thank you

Found a little gem!
I was a little bit wary of this site as I couldn't find reviews on Trustpilot nor Google. Since they have a physical store in Croydon which was reasonably close to where I live I decided to stpo by to check the product. Turns out I found a little gem, the profiles/thresholds/reducer this guy is selling are from a small German company called Carl Prinz. Like most German engineering products they are top notch quality and my reducer looks awesome in my bathroom door.
