Delivery and product good. Only issue was a table and chair arrived damaged.

Delivered on time,driver polite and unloaded outside the door.furniture went to gether easy as instructions . pleased w is the purchase.

Easy to order, good follow up and kept informed with regard delivery

Ordering was easy and good communications with the supplier. Item supplied was good, supplied on agreed date, however there is a complete disconnect between the supplier and the delivery company, Palletways which is where the issues are.

Palletway driver although pleasant wanted to do the minimum so they work on kerbside drops and you then have to dispose of all of the packaging which is not ideal. They also claim to not have been given explicit instructions. Palletways drivers will also not enter your house (AT ALL) as they claim they need to be DBS checked and any damage incurred no matter how small results in the driver not being paid apparently.

If the supplier found a better delivery carrier this would be so very much easier.

Sadly the delivery of my desk was ridiculous. The delivery company you used just dumped a two palette construction on my drive and drove off. Firstly the four relatively light weight boxes did not require delivery by pallet. Secondary I was left having to waste over two hours of my weekend cutting the pallets down and driving them to the dump in the back of my car! You need to sort this. I will not be ordering from you again.

Product information on website was clear. Instructions to assemble were straightforward. Prompt delivery.

We had a phone call to arrange a time and date for delivery. The driver was right on time and very helpful in bringing in the very heavy packages.
We knew that we would have to build the cupboards and we would have given you 5 stars but for the absolutely atrocious instructions. We had a double sided A4 sheet of paper but all the diagrams were squashed into A6 size, meaning that it was almost impossible to see which fittings should be used where. Surely, giving us a decent size image, even if it meant a couple more sheets of paper, wouldn't increase costs very much.
Once assembled the cupboards are quite good quality and sturdy.

Brilliant throughout had to alter desk size a few times and all done with no fuss instantly. Amazing after sales team. Thank you all. Very pleased with the outcome.

Table was very heavy and needed 2 people for the top to carry and place on the structure. Beautiful table, very well made and with the 2 sets of drawers its amazing. Would recommend
