No interviews for nearly 4 months, even with a comprehensive CV

10/10 would work with again - from start to finish the experience was amazing and I am so excited to start with my new family! The onboarding process was a breeze, and my recruiter was hands-down the best - so helpful! Thanks for everything @Nanny&Butler!

I had a disappointing experience with this agency .From my perspective, their main priority seems to be securing fees from families, rather than ensuring the right fit between nannies and employers. I was nearly placed with a family, but after careful thought, I realized the position didn’t feel right for me. When I chose to decline which is my right as a professional I felt undue pressure from one of the agents to accept the role anyway ( multiple calls emails…) all recorded and will be used accordingly on its time.
It became clear that their concern was not my comfort or well-being, but rather completing the placement to collect the agency fee. Nannies deserve to be matched with families where they feel safe, respected, and valued , not pushed into roles that don’t feel like the right fit. I believe this agency needs to rethink its approach and prioritise people over profit.

Me and my husband had the pleasure of working with Nanny & Butler when looking for a Governess for our 3 children. The consultants provided us with multiple candidates and were responding to all of the messages promptly. They carefully considered all our requests and were kind enough to provide their own insights. Everyone was very polite, kind and professional. I could not recommend them enough!

We have known Nanny & Butler for many years and hired different candidates through them. We always had a good experience, and our candidates stayed with us for many years. Particularly Joanna, our nanny of 6 years. I couldn't recommend them more. We are now looking for a new nanny to replace her, and we already got 5 outstanding profiles.

We have hired Nanny and Butler to help us find a nanny. Search process was uneventful and no different from any other agencies we have used in the past. We have found a suitable candidate within several weeks and have extended the offer, which was subsequently accepted. We have paid Nanny and Butler fees upon offer acceptance. However, the candidate has subsequently decided to decline the offer before the start date due to personal circumstances. We have asked the agency for a refund of the fees until the new candidate was found; at that point, the agency became very unresponsive, with multiple emails and calls going unanswered; no refund was given up until now. Considering that there are multiple similar agencies that provide identical service would recommend to avoid this one.

[EDITED TO ADD] Having read through the detailed T&Cs of the agency, it turned out that there is a no refunds policy in place. The agency will continue trying to find an alternative candidate (albeit for a limited time), and it has indeed been sending some candidate profiles over. However, such an approach to fees appears overly aggressive and not in line with some of the other agencies we have used in the past; therefore my recommendation stands.
