A most brilliant service! The service is highly professional, efficient and organised. NameSwitch has saved me hours upon hours of time which I am truly grateful for. A daunting task and where do you start? Instructions are provided at the outset when collecting all the information you need for the process such as house title deed reference numbers. On arrival the pack is highly organised. Good quality paper is used for the letters. Very clear instructions with email addresses and phone numbers. I teach English. The letters are very well written leaving spaces for dates and signatures. It was a great help to have the required contents listed at the base of each letter. Such a help to me as each one wanted different items. Land Registry returned my marriage certificate and without me including a SAE! For each letter if a particular form was required as well as the marriage certificate NameSwitch included it. Such a relief! I just have one suggestion and I know it would not work! To have addressed envelopes in the pack. That was the part my 'new' husband had to complete! A very 'BIG' thank you for saving me an awful lot of time!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. A few years ago I experienced a very long, tedious, frustrating and stressful time when I reverted back to my maiden name following a divorce. The paperwork was repetitive and the expenses kept rising. When my daughter expressed a desire to follow suit, desperate to shed her father's last name, I dreaded her facing the same. I wanted to buy the Premium Pack for my daughter's birthday and they advised how I could purchase beforehand and keep it secret to surprise her on her birthday. She was thrilled to bits when, on her special day, I forwarded her the email for her NameSwitch.
The quality of the pack is also excellent. She has just recently received it very promptly in the post after she input the checklist of paperwork digitally. She was so excited thumbing through the Deed Poll and contacting the witness to sign it to start the process.
The NameSwitch team have kept it touch after purchase and promise to be there until the end of the process to support us if needed.

I selected the deed poll premium package as I divorced 20 years ago but my daughter has just got married and taken her husband’s surname. My decision to return to my maiden name was supported by the feedback from NameSwitch, and the package I had decided on.

I couldn’t recommend name switch higher! I contacted them feeling completely overwhelmed and distressed with trying to change my name on my driving license, which had expired and they refused to accept my divorce acknowledgment as they no longer issue a certificate. They also wouldn’t accept my prior id as it was in my married name. Name switch made it effortless and completely took control for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

Amazing service! The team were so helpful and my documents were delivered super quick. There’s a massive range of companies to chose from to inform of your name change, I don’t think I would’ve even thought to inform half of them!! Brilliant service with lovely customer service. After getting divorced I wanted to change my name back to my maiden name and just couldn't face all of the admin. Used the Nameswitch service and they were brilliant, had to call them up as I wasn't sure how to change my passport and they spent an hour helping me work through all the stuff. I have used Name Switch today to help my son with the process of officially changing his name and gender post-reassignment. First of all I really liked the fact that this service regarded gender as a reason, but most of all because a) it offered a greater level of personalisation, allowing you to choose organisations that you needed to contact b) the fabulous customer service from the real human being on the chat who walked me through the whole process, checked what i had done and suggested amendments.
